Moving Cre Loaded & Phpbb

Existing CRE loaded site needs to be moved to a new host provider. Everything must remain intact and completely functional after move.
Site is very small in size, and only has couple dozen items.
Small phpBB forum also needs to be moved to new host, must be fully functional after move just like it is right now.
Old hosting provider is 1&1, new provider is Host Gator.

Forum that needs moved is http://forum.ojewelry.net
FTP Details will be provided for both old and new hosts.
You will not be provided with myPhpAdmin access, you will have to walk me thru on how to export it from old host and import it into new host.
