The website is relatively new, and limited SEO linkbuilding has been done and limited backlinks, articles, blogs if any have been created. There is little if no traffic.

I have a website which currently has a pagerank of 1 (it’s been online for 3 months) I would like to increase the PR to at least 4 to compete. I think most onsite factors are taken care of (if you think otherwise I would love to hear you feedback of course). But we don’t have many inbound links and certainly not allot with a decent PR.
