We need a blog theme developed that we can replicate and install on multiple sites without requiring additional help. Clear installation instructions and a user guide will be required.

For graphics and background, we would like something similar to websites http://longjohntwitter.com and http://www.part-time-work-at-home.net

For general layout, we like http://blogsense.ws and http://gathersuccess.com

However; we are open to suggestions and if you have better ideas for layouts, graphics and backgrounds, we don’t mind taking a look at it.

We would like the themes to be visually appealing yet lend themselves to SEO optimization and monetizing through Ads.

Initially, we would like to have 10 templates with different graphics / colors but the underlying engine and structure to be identical.

A few thing that are very important to have:

1. Theme options should have an option to change the logo

2. Must include the following page layouts:

a. Main.php which is what you see at http://www.eirestudio.net/, but having the center image be rotating and theme options should require page id for these images

b. Main with footer widget area – same as main but will have 3 footer widget areas for recent blog posts, contact information, opt in form, or anything else…

c. Full Width No Menu – this page will be similar to Main, but will not have the images rotating or the menu bar. This will be used for a sales page.

d. Full Width With Menu – same as above with navigation menu like http://www.eirestudio.net/testimonials.php

e. Blog template with sidebar like http://www.eirestudio.net/blog/

f. Blog template with sidebar AND three footer widgets as well.

g. Page template with specific page widget like http://www.eirestudio.net/services/ (the page template sidebar should be different than the blog template sidebar.

All widgets should be colors similar to the original http://www.eirestudio.net/services/ site but light grey to white opposed to blue to white since I will be changing the background colors on occasion.

Have other WordPress projects and looking for a long term designer if this works out.

Quality should be like the themes from WOO Themes and ELEGANTTHEMES.

General Requirements:

- Designed for WordPress 2.8

- Full functional WordPress Theme (threaded comments, single, page, category, archives ….)

- Only jQuery should be used.

- Extensive settings in the admin area in the style of WordPress. (like the admin-area from the woo-themes)

Currently, I’m using nested tables on the page.

This job requires two steps…

1) CONVERT PAGE TO DIV’s.
I’m assuming that the nested tables will need to be converted to div’s in order for the overlap to happen. The converted page needs to look like http://www.lunar.com/stage/portfolio2.html (content aligned bottom, black bar extends to left and right, link to ‘sitemap’ in lower right).

2) OVERLAP SWFs.
The second part of the job is getting the two swfs to “overlap” (with nav swf on top). Right now they are placed next to each other – like http://lunar.com/stage/portfolio_current.jpg . I would like them to overlap – like http://lunar.com/stage/portfolio_fixed.jpg (i.e., there should be no “white space” between the ‘main’ swf & ‘nav’ swf).

We need software that does the following:
1. Allows sponsors/affiliates to register with us to promote free webinars. We need to charge them a monthly fee and then “activate” their membership in our Admin area.
2. Sets a cookie/database so that everyone a Sponsor refers is tracked
3. Allows the webinar speaker to post a universal “magic” Order Link during the webinar. The link automatically redirects each attendee to the order page of the Sponsor who sent him to the webinar.
4. Call reminder system integrates with CallFire.com call reminder service to notify registrants up to one hour before the start of a webinar. If they
register during the hour preceding the webinar we don’t need to call them.
5. Has built-in autoresponder messaging system where the link in
the message redirects to the sponsor’s signup page. actually, I
set that up on 1shoppingcart.com but, the system needs to
permit us as the Admin to set the webinar registration link
for each Sponsor/MLM company. So, if the Sponsor or affiliate’s
order link was http://netlink.localadlink.net/signup/regStart.asp
where “netlink” was the Sponsor’s username, the Speaker can display
http://www.guruseminars.com/register.php to everyone on the webinar.
When an attendee clicks it it redirects to his Sponsor’s signup link

They select a username and password when they register to
become a Sponsor. The username they select must match the
MLM company they are already a member of. Or, if they have
registered to be our affiliate and have their affiliate ID#
they use their affiliate ID# for their username.
9. In the back office the registered Sponsors can view all attendees they’ve referred. They can send them an email or view their phone
number.
