I require a c# coded application to control and set up an ‘automated home’ lighting control system.

The application will communicate via the serial port and using a protocol will communicate with wall plates and dimmers installed within a building. The devices are addressed and communicate asynchronously with the application ( and each other ).

Physical devices must be mapped to software objects in the application.

The application will be able to set up specific parameters within each device, e.g channel names, device names, scene settings, fade times, push button attributes, etc.The application will interrogate devices and keep track of the system state where required.

Devices can report back on the current set light levels of individual channels, Dimmer temperature, channel features etc.

The application will be receiving packets from the functioning system when users press buttons etc, so the data packets ( where addressed ) must be routed to the appropriate object.

Upon power – up a device will send a ‘hello’ packet, and may then be interrogated to discover its settings / state / type of device.
Further interrogation yields detailed information about the devices charateristics and functions. This information is used to model the device in the application and present the user the correct interface for setting it up.

This is a highly real time application, which requires reliable serial port control, a simple user interface and allows in depth programming and setting up of the installed system.

Experience in this type of application would be preferred.

I want a Graphic design and development done for a web site that sells Lighting Products.
This needs to be done in Joomla. I have bought the following Joomla template as I like the main Menu concept (sliding menu).

Now we need some logo of ‘Delight`. You are free in your inspiration, We don’t have any special constraints, but Logo must be associated with Light, Happiness, Coziness, Delight and something cool.

–>Use flash to animate a lighing strike down to menu bar.

–When menu bar is hit the menu word lights up. Then pause 25 seconds and it is repeated, but to a different menu word.
–This is a loop, but use random to change the order.

I am open to suggestion on a better way to do this, but so far what I have come up with is–
01lighting.png is a transparent picture with a lighting bolt.
02lightingstrike.png is a transparent picture with lighting strike.

Each word on the menu would need to have two files–lighting and lighting strike.

File found in attached file are:

Page2_finish.jpg (This is what the page looks like after lighting)

Concerns: I am not sure if this will work because will flash need to actually sit on the menu bar which will stop the user from being able to make menu choices?

Let me know if you have any quesiton or other ideas.
(I only include one lighting and lightingstrikefile for now because I don’t want it to be confusing. But I can create additional lighting and lighting strike file if required.)

I am looking to have a logo designed for a new web project I am starting.
I require a text logo with a small graphic, an additional version of this logo merged into my header background (with an additional effect). Also I am looking to get a small two letter logo with a small graphic. I already know exactly how I would like the logos to look like:

Text Logo:

I would like the text logo to read: OptimumHealth

As for the small graphic, it is simply a dot, and a curved line; leading from the dot of the i (in optimum) to just above the O. The exact graphic I would like can be seen from the bungie studios logo (see: www.bungie dot net)

For the health part of the logo I would like it to be in a different colour (light blue) which will be the same colour as the dot of the i (in optimum), but I will provide the html colour code. I am also looking to have Health in italic; slanted to the right. The exact thing I would like to create can be seen in the wiifit logo (just google image search wiifit).

As for font type; I am happy with both the fonts used for the bungie and wiifit logo’s. However, it would be nice to see both fonts so that I can choose between them.

(Also for font colour of the optimum part of the logo, I am unsure between white and light grey)

Size: the same size as the selfgrowth logo (see next paragraph)

Hence I am basically looking to combine the wiifit and bungie logos together.

Text Logo integrated into the header:

I will also need this text logo to fit in with my existing header background with an additional graphic effect. Basically I am looking for part of the curved line graphic to go outside of my header (a section of the header and the outer background are all part of the same image) and to have a slight lighting effect around the section of line which goes outside of the header. I realise that this seems very confusing, but it actually isn’t, I’m just not sure how to explain it. Basically, I am looking to get a similar effect as the one found on www.selfgrowth dot com, (the way the sun goes outside of the header slightly, with a slight lighting effect around it).
Hence I am basically looking to recreate that effect, but with the curved line graphic instead of the sun. (Curved line graphic will go through the roof of the header, not the side as well)
This logo also demonstrates how large I would like my logo to be; it mustn’t be any longer.

Small two letter logo:

For the small two letter logo I would like to get a logo very similar to the optimum nutrition logo (www.optimumnutrition dot com) but a H instead of an N. I would also like to make a slight change to the graphic so that it does not have the sharp edge at the bottom, and then just font colour changes.

So there are 3 logos overall, but 1 is just a copy and paste onto my background with the addition of a lighting effect.
I would like the logos in a psd format, so That I can easily add it to different backgrounds, and a jpg or gif format or something similar; it may be common practice to use a different file extension (I am not sure what’s best)
