I have few technical specifications files sent by manufacturer and would like the pictures used in it re-done. I am attaching file, where I extracted pictures to. This is what I need for you to do:

Imagine that the black background is like a solid sheet of metal and the logo is cut out of it.
Now the logo should start to glow as if there are rays of light coming through the logo and all of the letters.
It should start slowly and get brighter, then suddenly it will ‘flash’ so bright that the logo can not be seen.
The entire screen will fill with rays of light and the center logo will be glowing so bright that it becomes just a white ball of light.
At that point, a sound will play (will be provided), and the glowing effect will recede and a different logo will be there. I will provide the second logo, and it just needs to be displayed as the light rays recede. The second logo doesn’t actually need to do anything other then just stay there for a few seconds. The whole thing should look very natural and believable and it’s important that it look very nice. It must be completed to the end client’s satisfaction. We will need to try different variations until it is just right.

I am working on a chiropractic website for someone in my family. I need a flash animation that looks professional of a spine. The spine will go down the side of the page vertically. I am invisioning the content area of my page form fitting to the spine on the left side of the page.

This flash animation will need to have a transparent background. It will include a long skinny image along the right hand side of it so it will match up to the content area of the page.

The spine will simply do this.. It will flicker with light impulses going down the spine from top to bottom. very quickly.. then occasionally a certain vertibrae will flicker once or twice then click the light pulses down the spine again to that point then maybe quickly from top to bottom again… This should not be constantly happening but should be random maybe 6 or 7 seconds.. This should not be to distracting so subble colors are better. Maybe Just light enough in color to notice it. Also it would also light up on an vertibrae that you put your mouse on.. This however would not effect the other random movement.. That would continue on as planned. Maybe we can make it light up a little brighter when the mouse is used over the vertibrae.

You will see what I mean by the graphic I am sending.. I will send a high res image when you start. The burgandy area to the right will be smoother form fitting to the spine with a slight gap in between.

The background behind the spine is black you’ll have to remove the black background.. The flash must be transparent because I am going to use a multicolored backgound for the actually web page.

This project is for a screensaver.

It would have a black screen, with just enough light to show that the ‘blackness’ is in an infinite (or very large) space. It should use

direct 3D or open GL. Lots of 3D resources to make a very subtle effect.

In the center, there would be a point (very small, maybe only a few pixels) that (slowly) gets brighter until it’s absolutely brilliant

-VERY, VERY bright. It slowly fades back to black (with just enough grey pixels to give the impression that it’s an infinite (or very

large) space.

The screensaver would start with a black screen (BLACK, and no other color), and the point of light will appear. At first, it would be

faint, and then it would slowly get brighter until it is as bright as possible, filling the screen. It will have segments, and two speeds.

The first part, where the point of light gets brighter happens slowly, and at a constant speed. In the second part (beginning when the light fills 1/3 of the screen), the light grows at a constantly increasing speed.

It will need a configuration dialog that will let me choose how long between cycles (how long the light in the center is off), how much

ambient light, and the dispersal pattern (cross, round, etc.)We may have to play with the settings while we’re working with it, but once

it’s right, the user would not have any settings to change, and the configuration dialog might be removed.

The light in the center begins as a POINT of light, and NOT A BALL OF LIGHT. The light is emitted by a point, so the center of the light should be brighter in the very center.

It needs to ‘look’ like it’s a very bright (VERY bright) point of light in space that SLOWLY gets brighter. After a certain time (I will

have to see your first draft before I can say how long.

I have a client who needs a vector LOGO and set of application ICONS (for Windows/Mac) designed for a piece of software.

The logo and set of application icons would be of a PRISM with light going through (further description below).

We need to make sure this is ORIGINAL ARTWORK (GRAPHIC ILLUSTRATION), so there won’t be any copyright issues with any clip-art or stock photo companies.

I designed a logo similar to what the client has in mind (attached), but the image in the logo is rights-managed and cannot be used for a logo.

Here is what the client told me today referring to the logo I sent (attached):

“I think the prism could work on a white background with darker light colors. The white light doesn’t necessarily have to be white – just needs to signify the taking of one source and splitting off to others. It could even be a 2d abstract design with a few colors. It would be nice to have one with a dark background (with a hue that matches my website http://www.streamsidesolutions.com) and one with white background (or transparent).”

We need to be able to deal directly with the ARTIST, and we’d need to see a portfolio of original graphic design work.

If you could even submit your concept of a prism with light going through it, as described by the client above, that would be ideal and very helpful in selecting the right person for this project.

Besides the vector logo design, the client also needs a contemporary-looking, professional-looking PRISM design for the software application ICON, including all the standard icon sizes. We want to make sure the designer has designed other software application icons before, so the design will look like a standard professional application icon.

Additional descriptive info may be added below as this project evolves, but it will be limited to a vector logo and set of icons – both of which will include a unique prism graphic (unique in that it did not come from any other graphics/photo company, so there will never be any copyright issues).

This project is to take an existing swf animation, edit it, and create a screensaver from it.

The swf is 60 megs, and it will have to be brought down to a reasonable size. Of course, 60 megs is too big to upload here, but I have attached a wmv movie, so you can see what it looks like.

The theme is “Entering the Light”.

There are many softwares that will convert an swf animation to a screensaver, but this one needs some editing, as well as conversion.

It shows a simple effect. A light grows until it almost fills the screen, and then cycles down back to a small point.

The screensaver will have the light fill the screen. Then the screen will fade to black.

The screensaver will have to have a configuration dialog that will control how fast these things happen, as well as how long it shows a completely black screen. The user may or may not have access to the config dialog, but it will be needed while we work on it.

I’m looking for a script to do something like what the dreammakersnetwork site did back in like 2002 if anyone remembers that mlm program. It was one of the fastest growing on-line businesses that even had media attention on TV. Then one day it was all gone. I’ve done searches for scripts or that but nothing found as yet.

This project is for a screensaver.

It would have a black screen, with just enough light to show that the ‘blackness’

is in an infinite space. It should use direct 3D or open GL. Lots of 3D

resources to make a very subtle effect.

In the center, there would be a point (very small, maybe only four pixels) that

(slowly) gets brighter until it’s absolutely brilliant -VERY, VERY bright.

It slowly fades back to black (with just enough grey pixels to give the impression

that it’s an infinite space.

We may have to play with the settings while we’re working with it, but once it’s

right, the user would not have any settings to change. It will need a

configuration dialog that will let me choose how long between cycles (how long the

light in the center is off), how much ambient light, and the dispersal pattern for

the light in the center. The picture shows a cross, but it might also be a

circle, or a cross with six arms, or it might be just a line through the center.

It needs to ‘look’ like it’s a very bright ( VERY bright ) point of light in

space.

The attached picture should give you some idea.

Complex Quantum Mechanics Header and Footer

I want to develop a new site to explain my theories on Complex Quantum Mechanics.
I would like a nice header and a footer for it (I don’t want to make the job too difficult
so I am not demanding any additional graphics that you feel would attract visitors and
could be used as illustrations but I may like some simple diagrams designing in future)

The size of the headers would probably vary from site to site so including
a header in *.wmf format would be a good idea so that I can rescale it if necessary.

It is difficult to describe what I want as I don’t know myself!

Let’s list the main graphical featues of Complex QM.

1> It deals with Complex Space
2> It defines a complex particle (ztar) I am uploading some images to help.
The ztar is like the Christmas card star in that it has exponential curves to each arm.
A nice image of a Ztar with 6 arms would be nice but not compulsory.
3> There are 3 wave forms – S, F, and V waves that cross 3D and 4D.
4> I introduce complex cylinders and tubes.

Now you can alter the background colour and have complete design freedom.
You do not have to include all it’s features.
I just need somthing appealing to attract vistors to the site but remember
it is likely to be seen by professional people so it would not be a bad idea
to give them a good impression.
perhaps a better way may be just to concentrate on the Quantum Mechanics
for images? So fusion, anti matter, and dark energy could be themes.
Then and again we could dwell on personalities such as Einstein (I don’t think
Stephen Hawking would approve of using his photo but I could ask).

Most of the images I have found are more artistic interpretation that factually
based and I will go along with that. It gives you plenty of freedom of
expression but it would be nice to ground it with some fact (photo of Sun ecetera
particle collision of antimatter).
All in all the New Scientist is a good site to look at for ideas.
