I have a website that was created in Adobe flash. The computer the original files were on crashed and was reimaged. I still have the .swf, html, index, and style sheet, but no knowledge as to how to edit them. I need a date removed from the site and I need and imaged moved from one place to another and a new image posted where the one to be moved is currently.

a new menu system for existing web-site
Details:
1) existing css menu needs to be upgraded (details to be shown when bid is won)
2) change to sytle of johnlewis.com. colours to be confirmed
3) 11 menu items and 84 sub menu items off them
4) no set budget for work
5) prefer css but will work with other scripts if necessary. smallest loading time is obviously better
