Statistical Research

I need some in-depth research completed on the following for COMMERCIAL FUNDING AND COMMERCIAL FINANCING:

1. The quantity of Annual Commercial Funding Applications per year
2. The quantity of the above Applications that are actually funded

I will need the Past 5 Years compiled into an excel spreadsheet with full documentation of source and copies of any graphs and charts.

3. The Top 10 Commercial Lending Blogs (end user)
4. The Top 10 Commercial Lending Social Sites (end user)
5. The Top 10 Commercial Lending Brokers based on criteria I will supply. This will include details about the business model and service offering. (details upon award)

This is an urgent project that needs to be complete in 24 hours.

You need to be self-motivated and work with little supervision.

To clone a social lending site similar to www.uk.zopa.com and www.prosper.com. Pooling many small lenders into one loan, reverse auction bidding on interest rate writing the loan for the top tranche of lowest interest bids until the loan amount is achieved. All the back office administration to complete this.

P2p Lending Clone

We looking peer-to-peer (p2p) lending site – a similar clone to www.kiva.org, www.prosper.com, www.lendingclub.com or www.loanio.com.

Will need all the basic features available from the above referenced sites. In addition, the following features are required:

1. Users have their own “dashboard” to display all bid offers, open bids, closed bids, etc..;
2. Users can “award” a bid to multiple people;
3. Messages sent back and forth between User (person requesting the loan) and the bidder (person making a bid) are organized and structured easily;
4. Once a bid is awarded, users have the ability to “rate” each other and type a message about the transaction (similiar to eBay’s Star-Rating system;
5. Admin backend to manage users and accounts;
6. EASILY CUSTOMIZABLE

You will need the following skills for this project:
- Rub-on-Rails
- PHP (SmartyPHP preferred)
- MySQL
- Standards based XHTML and CSS
- AJAX
- Web Design and Logo design

Preference will be given to developer have completed p2p lending site in the past with reference links.
