I chose a subdoman name and a main domain name and entered the info. into the directories. Now, it is ranked high in the major search engines as well. The problem is that I don’t know how to change the info. so that it has all of the client’s info. and still keep it ranked high on the search engines, which is the reason they would want to lease a spa…

I want a website where people can advertise their property for let/rent/lease whereby they can upload pictures, reply to messages. I also want a functionality whereby individual can look for flatmates on the website. The website will be similar in functionality to rightmove.co.uk, zoopla.co.uk, easyroommate.com and similar sites. I want something unique, catchy, SEO friendly and the contents can be managed easily.

I want it in such a way that when students want to search for property to let, they can search for property by just typing the name of their univerity and if the university is in several locations, the result will show all properties to let in those locations. The location will initially be UK & Ireland.

It should also enforce users to register/log in if they want full details of property listed. It should also accept paypal/credit cards for advertisements that are urgent, listed at the top or featured on homepage (Just like gumtree.com).

I want to feed nationwide foreclosures & lease-to-own properties (probably ones listed by Multiple Listing Services – Realtor listings) into my Caspio database, which allows API feeds. I need you to locate a reliable data feed and provide API specifications. Please note, if you are only able to locate lease-to-own property feeds, I have a separate project posted for that. I prefer to have both.

I am a new user to the software called Net Lease Profits 2.0. I started a project in Net lease profits. I bought a domain name and registered it under brain Host. I received my cp panel user name and password by email added it to the brain host cpanel page once i hit continue the next page brought up the information on 60 new subdomain sites to be installed. This page was edited to the soft wares specification. I hit continue and the problem begins in that it installed 4 of the niches and froze. I would like to hire some one to remove what was done. Start again with the same domain name and install the 60 niche sites on the software so they are up and running.
Payment will be made after project is complete to buyers satisfaction.

Create an applet or a swing program for XYZ Car dealership. The application prompts an user to choose between Leasing a Car or Buying a car. (you can make it a radio button, or a drop down list). If the user chooses to lease a car, provide lease details (typical lease details; like downpayment, monthly payment, months for lease, etc…) and display the value back to the user in text fields.

I have a need for a Custom CS-Cart add-on. We want to use cs cart predominately for quote and lease/loan calculation. We like the built-in product configurator functionality.

Add-on scope:
Upon selected desired product configuration (currently copiers/printers) and total calculation, we want the user to select lease calculation. We need the add-on to calculate monthly payment, based on a simple rate factor. Currently there are 12 available rate factors (4) for each term of 36, 48, and 60 months. User should be able to print, save as, or email quote.

Simple Calculation Example: Total Cost of Product Configured $4090 multiplied by Rate factor of .03920 = $160.33 Monthly Lease Payment
