Learn Custom Rx Scripting

November 12th, 2011 Comments off

Hello,

I am looking for someone that is available right now via yahoo messenger to start and more than likely complete this within the next hour or two or 3.

Do you have a geniune intrest in roulette and like to already play it for fun and knows the rules and is familiar with mathmatical probability.

I was hoping to find someone that can learn this custom scripting and program systems for me.
http://www.uxsoftware.com/download/RX_Scripting_for_Roulette_Xtreme.pdf

The company itself offers to write systems for $30 each but they are very busy and it takes them a long time to get back to you.

It would be nice if I had someone else todo it for me and get them to me the same day or next day as they only take an hour or two to program them.

I am not rich and have to work a job like anyone else so I was hoping someone would be willing to do each system for $20, but for the 1st system, to give you learning time like $30, same price the website charges and it will be the easiest system I want done to start with, then I can give you harder ones I want done after that.

WordPress Fix (blog)

May 22nd, 2011 Comments off

On http://www.shelbyvillemultimedia.org/blog/ you will see a listing of blog stories.

Right now, the full story is shown on the main blog page. At the bottom of each story is a “Learn More” link which links to the individual story page.

The problem is that the full story content is already showing up on the first page. There is no need for a “Learn More” link in most cases.

What I want is this…

- If story is LONG (like “Long Story Test”), Only some of the story should show on the first page. At the bottom is a “Learn More” link that takes them to the individual story page (where they can read the full text).

- If story is SHORT (like “Nikas Story) all of the text shows up on the first page, and there is NO “learn more” link.

If you can do this for me, please submit a cost and time estimate.

Thanks.

Iphone Apps

July 14th, 2009 Comments off

We have several iPhone apps in the works that are in need of developers who are:

a) experienced developing iPhone apps
b) experienced working with video
c) experienced working with audio recording

You can visit our sites at www.truefire.com and www.truefiretv.com to learn more about our company.

The first iPhone app that we’d like to develop is a simple learning tool where the app downloads/streams a new video guitar lesson once a week, along with an accompanying PDF file (music chart). The app allows the user to access up to three weeks of video lessons and charts. The user can retain the last three videos and charts but when they get the fourth, the earliest video lesson drops off. The net result is that the app only allows the user to work with three weeks worth of video lessons and charts at any one time.

The video lessons plays on the iPhone using the iPhone’s standard video player and the PDF likewise displays on the iPhone. No special viewing features are necessary.

The interface is likewise very simple. The weekly lessons automatically download and are automatically deleted when the fourth lesson is downloaded. The user simply opens the app and chooses from a list of available lessons (up to three at any one time).

The app has a main menu page with logo and two options – “Learn” and “About” where the “Learn” page lists the available lessons and the “About” page features a short description about the app.

The “Learn” page features the lessons available where each lesson has two options “Play Video” and “View Chart”.

We will provide the server resources necessary for storing the video and PDF files. The app would simply point to a folder on our servers where the current week’s file would be placed by us. Whenever the app discovers a new set of files on the server that the user does not yet have, it would add those lesson assets to the user’s Play list.

We will also provide all of the art and graphic files in whatever format the selected developer requests.

As there are not many iPhone developers presently working on Scriptlance, we would appreciate any information that you could provide that demonstrates your experience with iPhone apps.

Please let me know what other information may be required.

Simple Fun Iphone App

July 7th, 2009 Comments off

I am looking for a very simple, but complete, iphone app to help me learn how to program for the iphone. I have programmed in ‘basic’ years ago. I am starting to learn Objective-C, Xcode etc. I feel that the quickest was to help me learn, would be to look at a very simple project and let me play with the code.

This should be very quick and simple for anyone experienced in producing iphone apps. I would guess that it could be done in 2-3 hours max?

I am looking for someone to create a very simple, but complete, fun iphone app – I would suggest that all it needs to display is perhaps a few colored squares that illuminate in order on the screen? I am open to suggestions – anything simple. Perhaps three circles that illuminate like traffic lights ie red, amber, green, amber, red – it would pause and then do the cycle again.

It would have a ‘splash’ screen, then a main screen with a standard iphone choice of 5 tabs at the bottom of the screen. Perhaps one will ‘start’ the display cycling. Another would ‘stop’ the display cycle. One will allow the user to specify how many times it should cycle – this should be saved to a config file. Another to define a delay between cycles? And save to a config file. (It would be nice if it could detect horizontal/vertical orientation and adjust the display accordingly, but not essential.

What is important is that:
1. Proper, correct Objective-C is used – coding and design to be of standard that would meet apple store guidelines so that I learn things properly.
2. The code must be very well documented in considerable detail – this is really the bit I am looking for. Also required is a summary page giving a clear overview as to how everything works together.
3. Instructions on how to get it installed.

As this is a fun project, I am not looking to pay much. But I will give great feedback if well done.

If bidding, please do not send me one of those prewritten summaries – instead, please let me see an example of something done in the past. Also, please advise an hourly rate for any further work, as, if this works, I would probably want more, very simple work done.

Tutor Me – So Calif Usa – Only

May 5th, 2009 Comments off

I need a tutor.

** ONLY in the Orange County (Southern California, USA) area. DO NOT CONTACT ME if you don’t LIVE, for real, in Southern California.

You must have experience actually building and running adult paysites, including the credit card billing, affiliates, content management systems, security, SEO, PHP/MySQL, and related things.

I have a few “adult” websites, none of which are paysites, although I’d like to turn some of them into paysites. By day I’m an I.T. professional so I do know my way around a computer (and networks)! I have used Flash templates to create Flash-based websites, as well as HTML/cgi websites of course. I’ve studied some PHP/MySQL on my own, but wouldn’t call myself proficient. I pick up things very fast, although I do like a thorough explanation of things so that I know that I “really” know it.

My problem is, that I never learned the specifics of some of the aspects of running an adult paysite (or maybe I know 99% of what I need to know to do some things, but just haven’t connected the dots in my mind, I don’t know). I would like to know what it would take to have you teach me these things. I cannot afford to hire you on as the person to DO these things ongoing, I can only afford (if you’re reasonable!) to have you tutor me in these things, and then I’ll have to do them as I have time. If I enjoy our tutoring sessions, I’ll keep coming back for more, beyond our agreed bid price, and having a relationship with someone with my other skills and assets might be beneficial to both of us! Who knows, if my sites take off, maybe I COULD hire you, or at least help get you other work. In-person is obviously better for communication, and to point to the screen and say “what about that”, but I’m open to your ideas about how you could teach me these things.

Some things right off the top of my head that I’d want to learn are:
- How to set things up to accept credit card auto-rebilling capability (how to CODE it into the site, and also about the PROCESSING COMPANIES – how they do what they do, how I set it up, pitfalls to avoid, which ones are best and the best value, options for support through them, etc.).
- Content management systems. I have a dedicated server that I host all of my sites from. I have “Plesk” to control the domains, get into MySQL, handle mail accounts, etc. I don’t have a CMS in place there for any site, but would like to know if there are any good free ones, or any for under $200 that would make my life a lot easier. I certainly don’t want to have to write HTML each time I want to update pic sets, and I know a CMS should make that a cinch.
- How video works in a paysite (which format is best, possibly how to do pay-per-view but certainly in a paysite!)
- How to keep the site “secure” so that only paid users can get in. I know that there is this “.htaccess” thing, but I don’t know exactly how it works, or if it is the preferred method today.
- The basics of SEO (I know this is an art and science in and of itself, so I don’t expect to become an expert, but an overview would be nice).
- Affiliates
- Marketing strategies

I could probably learn many of these things by scouring the internet and reading how-to docs, but I’d rather just bust it out and learn, and learn from a real person with some real experience to tell me those things only a person can think to add. I want to find somebody with actual adult-industry website experience, because there are probably some industry-specific things to know as well.
Thanks.

C Lemonade Stand

April 5th, 2009 Comments off

Here is what needs to be done. I have the skeleton code too which i have included right after the instructions. This program must compile in Dev C++ and it needs to be in the format in the instructions.

Objectives
1. Review use of if statements and loops.
2. Learn how to write functions given specifications.
3. Learn how to use pass by reference variables.
4. Learn how to put together a useful program given a skeleton of that program and the
functions and their specifications necessary in the implementation.

Problem: Lemonade Stand
Last summer your friend has a lemonade stand and made lots of money. You want to do the same! You have plenty of time to plan, so you thought you would be pre
pared when summer came around by writing a program to simulate your lemonade stand. The basic idea behind the simulation is as follows:

1) You will simulate 10 days of running the lemonade stand.
2) In the beginning the user gets a $20.00 loan to run the lemonade stand.
3) Before each day, the user gets an opportunity to buy bags of lemons and sugar.
4) At the beginning of each day the user receive a weather report.
5) Based on that, the user is asked to price a cup of lemonade for that day.
6) Then, the days sales are simulated. (Part of this is written for you.)
7) Afterwards, the user is prompted with a status report of how much money they have left and how many bags of lemons and sugar they have left.

What you have to do
A skeleton of the solution for this assignment is posted on WebCourses and the course web page. Please use this skeleton. You must fill in the seven functions that are left for you to fill in, as well as write the remainder of main so the program works as described above. After you write each function, you should test it before moving on. How to do this will be covered in class. Then, write your main, calling the necessary functions from it to achieve the desired functionality. main can work without declaring any new variables than the ones already declared. But, you may declare new ones if you wish.

Perhaps the biggest problem you will have will be not knowing when to make function calls. The goal of having these functions is to make the coding process more manageable. In particular, it is possible that a function might “do” something complicated, but that just really means that function makes calls to other functions that carry out a majority of that work already. In essence, if you write a function A to do a task, then don’t write out the code that also does that task in another function B. Instead call the function A from the body of function B.

Output Sample
Two full output samples of the program running will be provided on Webcourses and the course web page in the files lemonade.out and lemonade2.out.

Deliverables
You must submit your solution to the problem, lemonade.c, over WebCourses.

Restrictions
Although you may use other compilers, your program must compile and run using DevC++. Please use DevC++ to develop your program. Your program should include a header comment with the following information: your name, course number, section number, assignment title, and date. Also, make sure you include ample comments throughout your code describing the major steps in solving the problem.

Grading Details
Your program will be graded upon the following criteria:

1) Your correctness
2) Your programming style and use of white space. (Even if you have a plan and your program works perfectly, if your programming style is poor or your use of white space is poor you could get 10% or 15% deducted from your grade.)
3) Compatibility to DevC++. (If your program does not compile in this environment, you will get a sizable deduction from your grade, likely to be over 50%)

Tutor sought for help with a C++ programming assignment!

I am a Computer Science graduate student working on a programming assignment with which I need help. The assignment is essentially to implement a simple

Lemonade

Objectives

(If your program does not compile in this environment, you will get a sizable deduction from your grade, likely to be over 50%)

it has to be in pure c and i have a sample run of how the program should look when it runs and i have also included the skeleton of the program. thanks

Scene opens as a beautiful day at a beach lagoon. We see the sandy beach with palm trees. We see gentle waves with rock formations out in the water and a waterfall in the background. It is a panoramic of the whole scene of which we will be closing in on certain parts or locations to do our math.

A Seal fills the screen.
