We want the functionalty where the buyers can buy different kinds of leads and the seller can create a lead that can monetize all different leads and then those leads automatically get distributed and matched with the right buyer the buyer should also be able to bid and the lead should go to the highest bidder
And the seller who is generated the lead should be able to see howmany leads they generated and howmany got accepted and howmany got rejected
also the buyer should be able to create business rules of lead distribution withing the group or organization on howmany leads go to which person based on timing quota skill sets location total leads round robbing wheel concept
We want all the data then finally be pushed in to our crm what we have build

I need a system for distributing email leads

The leads would contain this type of info:

First name
Last name
Street address
City
State
Zip
Phone
IP Address

I want to upload large csv files of 100,000 to 1,000,000 or more

The system will split them up as needed

User1 gets 10,000 per day, the script takes 10,000 per day and automatically places them into User1′s account
Users login to download the leads

Simple backoffice admin for creating accounts & setting the amount of leads to be delivered
Delivery is mainly daily, but could be weekly/monthly

Pretty simple Webbased, Mysql/php scripting

Let me know… should be easy for a good programmer

I am open to suggestions

This should be pretty low budget since it is so simple

We are seeking to integrate a Lead management system into VTIGER CRM you must know VTIGER CRM or SUGAR CRM code to do this
The Lead Management system i am looking for a capability to do lead distribution in a workflow or busineess rule manner so when a lead comes in the user should be able to predifine who gets the lead based on the total leads already given to the the total leads every day and if they have not worked the leads then it sholuld be abble to re-distribute it automatically based on the business rules defined either by the user or the manger or the admin

Also mulitple Lead companies should be able to use this system and use this platform as a Lead Distribution Platform

If you already know of a Open Source product that is Web based will be a major plus I dont plan to create the Lead Management System form Ground Scratch . You must be able to integrate all the functionalities of the Lead management System into VTIGER CRM
