Need 2 completely different landing pages created. These are pay-per-click landing pages for ads running on google, msn and/or yahoo These landing pages are for one domain. There are several domains in this project so there are a considerable amount of landing pages that have to be built. This project is just for the first domain with 2 landing pages.

In your response please provide 2-3 examples (not 30) of your work. I have very high standards with respect to graphic presentation and will only work with exceptional talent for this project. I want outstanding work. If I was looking for simple slapped together pages with a few pictures and a form, I’d do it myself.

These pages need to convert visitors into completing the form. I’m after Conversion for the landing pages.

Must be complete with graphics and content / text. Text MUST be in text format and NOT graphic files (so that it can be easily changed)

Following sections (standard landing page format)

A. Qualifying text.

B. Communication method:

Landing page to display 3 different forms of communication (so icons / graphics / clear way of visualizing the methods as a choice):

1. 1-800 phone number
2. click to call
3. fill out form

I need to be able to pull out the ‘click to call’ if it’s not going to be used without the entire site and design collapsing. So it needs to be fluid.

C. Form details.

Form code is standard name, contact, a few other details. Short and to the point.

D. Closing disclaimers

(privacy policy – we won’t sell your name, etc)

E. Thank you page

I will provide:

graphics that may be used if necessary

You will provide:

pages done with CSS
graphics / icons created
content / wording taken from existing content
complete pages with ‘thank you’ page for 2 landing pages (so that’s 4 pages)

Note: This is for the international investment real estate sector for very large residential and commercial real estate developments.

My team is urgently in need of a FREELANCE DESIGNER or TEAM who can produce 20 x 1 PAGE HTML landing pages for our finance company.

Each landing page will be hosted on a unique, keyword rich domain and forward to our main company website.
