Hello. I would like to hire you to build a landing page modeling in other existing landing page. This project is easy and it will take less than 2 hours to complete.

I want it copied and some vergiage changed as well as a few widgets added preview it in the attached file very simple quick project.

I need a 1 page design for my real estate business – House buying. The main purpose is to present my concept ” I buy houston houses cash fast” -”Cash offer within 24 hours”

Provide a template for gathering property and seller information that will be emailed to me when submitted without exposing my email address.

I also want my key phrases and concept phrases throughout the page. Essentially this is a 1 page advertisement at a specific market (home owners who need to sell their property fast)

I need a very creative provider to create a GREAT landing page for me. I will provide all the necessary content which consists mainly of a graphic landing page , preferably “Web 2.0″ design style, with mostly HTML text (for google adsese), a success page with several links, and a privacy policy page. I will provide all text but I want the provider to find images to use. I expect a custom header, footer, any graphic design work to make the site look great. I like the gear imagery in the attachment and something similar should be created and incorporated into the site (i.e. header/footer image). I am so sorry that I had not picked a programmer to finish my project. Its just I have paid for projects under other names and I must be sure and I want the project to be finished, all the way finished. Plus I want to build a relationship with a programmer that can work on more projects to come, as well as build on this website as time goes on.
