* The buyers can negotiate the seller’s quoted price and the sellers quoted price should not be below or above the sites fixed rate( according to the 4th point )
* Incase a buyer purchases the land, he must be able to buy bricks and other necessary raw materials to build up a building, after which the rate of the land should increase accordingly.
* Future expected price of each land should be displayed.
* Integrate Social Network buttons to make tweets and shares in purchase, sales, Likes, comments etc.

There are some other small features which are to be added during coding. They will be simple enough.

The interface should be smooth fast and clear like google plus ( a plain site which is fast to load) is required.

The Sims Online (EA-Land) was discontinued in 2008 and is shows no signs of returning. Much like World of Warcraft, Habbo Hotel, and other popular MMO’s out there, I would like to be able to run a PRIVATE SERVER of The Sims Online. Whether or not this action is illegal is beyond me, nonetheless, I would like to be the first and only Sims Online private server in business. I’m not sure if my budget is anywhere NEAR accurate, but I need somebody who can create a server emulator for The Sims Online using only the old EA-Land Client (not connected to any live server) to post their bid no matter how high or low it may be. We are needing to build a flash based game similar to evony. It is a different concept completely, but it is similar in gameplay and programming and is HEAVILY integrated with Facebook and is in essence a game playable on facebook but iframed.

The game is unique in its build process in that you will mainly be building a MASSIVE admin panel. From here the Admin will be able to add and take away items in the game and do basically anything. This way you do not have to do the tedious work of adding each item and programming it. We will explain how this will work after you have won the bid.

We have the ENTIRE project laid out in documents for you so you know exactly what to do and how. This way there are no surprises for you.

The city (server) is sectioned out in 62 squares x 62 squares. Each square is a plot of land that a user can own. As they progress through the game they can buy as many plots of land as they like. They can build things on their land such as farms factories houses etc. Please see the attached photo for an example of that.

I will not go into great detail at the risk of loosing the trade secrets that make the game unique, but do understand this is a VERY involved and VERY detailed game, just like any other like it.

If you understand the game on evony.com, then you will understand this project.

We are a graphics design firm and will be doing all of the graphics for you, so please bid accordingly. You do not have to make any graphics.

You MUST be highly proficient in Flash and have experience in the field. We are not interested in giving you a shot or letting you “try” it out. We need someone that CAN do this and knows what they are doing.

We are wanting to develop an online game. This part of the project is to “create the world” NOT the whole game. THIS PROJECT is just the beginning work of the game, not the whole game.

The “World” is a square shape. Similar to a new terrain in sim city when you choose your land spot.

You have all the little squares across the land, like a grid.

This virtual “World” would need to be 1,000 squares by 1,000 squares. (1,000 X 1,000) Each square is a virtual plot of real estate.

In the game there will be a main city in the middle taking up about 25X25 plots of land, Everything else would be available for development by other players. they can buy their plot of land and put stuff on it. Then they go to “their square” to add their house or whatever they want to add to it. They buy stuff from the main city in the middle.

I am wanting to get this “virtual world” built and the server setup to handle the game. I am not wanting to develop the small intricacies of the game yet. That will come later. This project is to lay the ground work out and if you do well we can work further.

I need the flash map on this page edited.

Basically when user clicks on one particular town on the flash map he will be shown the users listes in that town.

However when user checks the multiple cities box and then clicks on a town that specific town will be pulled off the map and placed on the top right of the map

then where the land used to be on the map will be just blank white space,

users will be able to select up to 6 towns and that means that up to 6 pieces of land will be shown at the top right of that map.

then tiny “search” button under the pieces of land can be clicked and then users will be shown in the cities selected
