I have a product which is Honey. I want to create labels to be put on the jars. The labels have to be bound to the shapes that are showed in the attachments.

I am looking for someone with experience in print design to resize and adapt the information for our labels to accommodate our new products. We have everything that needs to be on the labels. Artwork must be delivered in a print ready format.

There will be labels for 4 products front and back. 3 different size labels.

Most importantly, the design should be professional, clean, and simple in appearance. We would like to keep the look we currently have.

We are using the socialengine 4 addon “directory/pages” to create a database of record labels and music publishers. We want our customers to be able to pay to send their music to them.

We want the user interface to be extremely simple and to be able to replace the activity feed. Essentially when a member logs in they should be presented with their profile picture and quicklinks on the left and a section of main content in the middle.

Essentially the user experience would need to be as follows:

User signs up/Logs in
Homepage – Displays users current song uploads, if none uploaded provides a link to upload and tells user to upload songs. Also displays a simple button which when pressed performs a search of the directory pages and returns most relevant results based upon the users profile. (see detail below)
shopping cart-like functionality applied to the search results so that the user can choose to send his/her songs to more than one record label, and can also choose how many of their songs will be sent.
Once selected songs and select record labels have been chosen, payment gateway is opened to paypal/worldpay and user pays.
Upon successful payment an E-Mail detailing the complete URL’s of the users songs is sent to the E-Mail adress of the record label as provided on their directory page (The Email adress should be kept hidden from the public at all times.
Record label listens to users song and activity feed is instantly updated saying…. “<record label name> has listened to <usernam>’s song <songname>”

The main modifications required would be:-

Automatic Search Function – Search should read the data in the fields of the users profile and search the pages for relevant results. e.g. If a users profile features “genre” and “influency by” fields containing the information “Rock” and “Radiohead” then the search feature would instaly search the directory pages for pages containing matching terms and provides a list of recommended record labels accordingly. Remember, we are probably going to use “Socilengineaddons” Directory/Pages plugin for this and it would require modifcation directly.

Lastly search results would need to be split into two colums providing a “record Labels” column and a Music publishing company column.

Shopping Cart system – A shopping cart style system would need to be implemented directly into the directory pages and to the search results so that the user can select numerous record labels and numerous songs. We were thinking of a “stepped process” whereby the user is asked to select the songs he wishes to promote and then is asked to select the record labels based upon the auto search results. Each song and each record label would multiply the payment. i.e.

I need a logo made for 10 ML bottle labels, The Logo should be resizeable down to 1 inch by 1 inch or so. I may also use this logo for other things boxes, paper, etc…

We require a label printing application.
The application is to be used by commercial kitchens within, schools, colleges and businesses. We supply the kitchens with self adhesive labels on A4 sheets. Kitchen staff then need to overprint the labels through desktop laser and ink jet printers with variable information such as product information, price and use by dates. The labels are then applied to pre-packed sandwiches, meals, snacks and cakes.
The application must enable the users to set up products, the dates and use by information to be printed and successfully print the information in the correct position on the labels.

There is no or little actual work in RoR. You need basic RoR skills to make everything work, but if you don’t have a whole lot experience, that’s fine.

I need someone to create a very simple Excel spreadsheet. This is an easy job and doesn’t require use of any formulas, macros, etc. Instead, it will be used to record and track information. More specifically, I will be using a copy of it for each of my websites to track information like login info, social account info, activity, etc. It will contain 9 sheets, with each page tracking 5-8 items. I need a query and script written that will pull data from two tables (address, occupants) that will output the data in CSV format. My client wants to use it in MS Word for printing mailing labels. The database is MySQL. I prefer the script to be either PHP or ColdFusion.

The system is hosted on a LAMP Server (Linux,Apache,MySQL,PHP).

The label is an Avery 2″ x 4″ (5163) and it will need to print our logo and return address along with the recipients address.
Maybe utilize the FPDF PHP Class. (http://www.fpdf.org/)

I’d like to be able to select the records to print labels for via criteria in a DB field and then be prompted if the labels printed correctly. If Yes then update a field to a current date value (Date Shipped). If no do not update this field and retry printing.

I am converting an old form. I need someone to match form labels to database table column titles. I am using PHP and MySQL but this doesn’t matter for the project. Please see the two attached files, one is the form fields and the other is the database fields. You will notice there are four pages in the form, the matching should be grouped by those 4 pages.

See the attached file “match.txt” to see an example of how it should turn out.

Most of the matches will be obvious, but a couple might be confusing, so make a note if you can not find the matching fields.

I currently have FedEx integrated into my admin fulfillment area. It generates a FedEx shipping label from the clients shipping information. I am wanting to change the current FedEx integration on two websites so that a COD shipping label will be generated when client selects COD as the shipping options. From the clients shipping information and the balance the COD label should integrate this information. With COD two labels are needed. The label that ships the product to the client and a return label returning the payment to us the shipper. I would like to offer printable labels on my site. I would create some simple templates for a labels. I would like to start with 6 to 8 types of differently shaped labels that would all be shown on one page of my current website. I want the user to click on a label and then be able to see the label they chose and then have the options to edit font, wording and color and upload a picture. Once they approve the changes they can pay (I currently use the e-commerce plugin for wordpress for my shopping cart and then paypal for payment), after paying then they can automatically download their file, then they can print their labels from their home printer. Once they have downloaded the file I no longer want them to be able to make changes. If they want a different label they would need to go back through the whole process.

I think this is a dynamic PDF. I am open to any suggestions to how this could work. The goal is for the user to see a selection of label templates, they choose a label, on that label they can edit the font, color, wording.
