I am working on building a progressive form of a record label for bands in the metal genre of music, based off of the “1000 true fans” model. Hi, I need to create a shipping label template in Microsoft Word using Avery labels 5168 but I’m not well-versed in Microsoft Word at all and need help customizing it so that my color logo and business information appears on the label. Then I’d like the ability to go in and type in the customer’s shipping address. This may mean you need to create two files. I’d like the file(s) in Word format.

We have recently started a new record label. We would like a simple website, maybe flash based, that would include an about us section, and artists section, a new releases section, and area for audio clips, and contact, we would like it to be easily editable through a program like macromedia contribute, however, we are flexible on our options on that.
The application must be similar to any cd/dvd label printing software.
The user must be able to:
1. Upload his own image (or choose one from our images given under a local gallery divided on categories) from the computer and adjust it (enlarge, rotate) according to the dimensions of the frame on screen.
2. Write a text of his own everywhere on the screen, with a given set of characters.
3. Print it on local printer or save it as a pdf to print it elsewhere.
The paper dimensions are A4 format, divided in 2 halfs, with given proportions which are fixed. There will be 2 formats: round (for cd/dvd) and rectangular for the boxes.
We would like the application online (something that can run on flash and actionscript or java), but also a downloadable application to install on windows could be a solution.
Please only serious programmer that can REALLY do this, we cannot loose time and money.

The current graphics consist of a and ebook cover and order button link from the same design, which both need to be redesigned and new text added for each item in the private label rights package of the squeeze page, the free report, the manual and the main website.
The same redesigned ecover and order button,(banner)can be used on all items within the PLR package, as long as their is a copy made for each required size to replace the original design in each item, meaning that you would only actually makeover two items.
