*I would like you to work on the interface to be quite similar to other portals like freelancer.com and others (GUI amends)

1- The email in the project and PMB:

So I basically need:
A) A message sent to the buyer asking him to escrow the money so that the provider could start working.
B) A message to the provider: asking him NOT to work UNTIL the money is escrowed (and another one when the buyer pays at least to cover our fee).
C) The awarded project to still appear on the projects page with it’s status as ‘awarded to bla bla bla’ and ‘closed’ only when the project is done.

3- The escrow system:
I think that the escrow system should be mandatory not optional. Although it may be already so but we need to acknowledge both parties, either by sending the messages A & B or as a message that appears once the buyer and provider click on ‘accept bid’.

4- I want to install a blog and forum they are already available but they need to be installed after the optimization of the Graphical User

I am looking to make some small changes to an open source script called Kubelance. the changes are minor.

The system allows projects to be posted and bid on and then completed and paid for.

Currently the system works like this:

Buyer – Posts Job
Provider – Bids on Job
Buyer – Chooses a bid
System – Checks buyer has sufficient funds and if not directs buyer to top up their account via paypal
System – Escrows total amount from Buyers account to a holding account
System – Emails provider to let them know they’ve won
Provider – Completes project

I need the following added:

A way for both buyer and provider to agree that the project has been completed

When both agree the system should release the funds less 10% to the provider

Project should be closed

We have a custom made kubelance template which needs to have changed a few things: background color and categories layout on the front page. There is no coding required, just some little css changes that can probably get done in 1-2 hours.

I have a Kubelance clone script. But there is a bug. Paypal for admin panel is not there. You will be finding it in the admin panel (payment -> settings -> paypal-> edit)

there will be payment details of the admin. Where all the transactions , project fee and etc will reside.. That ID thing is omitted while cloning the script. Need this simple help of editing it.

We have acquired the Kubelance freelance script which is currently running on our server at www.outsourcermarketplace.com

We wish to change a number of things with the script that will take out and add certain functionality and also change the flow of the script, etc. In addition we will add several fields to the application which will allow us to provide our service. The layout of each page etc. will also need to be changed in order to accommodate these fields, etc.

We are in the process of changing the color scheme and template and this will be uploaded shortly.

We have included a spreadsheet detailing the field we require, including ones already built in to Kubelance, although we may add to this with one or two extras as we go through the project. A number of these fields may be required to be variables within the Admin section (Max 5-7.)

Also included is the flow of the project and site.

NB. It is important that you are experienced in the Kubelance freelance application and performed this type of work beforehand.
