Our websites www.intoalltheworld.net and northwestbc.com are continually bringing up warnings for these two virus exploit blackhole kit 2073 and 1472 when opened in web browsers other than safari. The viruses then proceed to crash the computer. We have had several computers wiped via the viruses on these webpages. Both pages are hosted by the same server. My Oscommerce 2.3.1 shop began having problems about a week ago (Google Chrome reported that site was hosting content from a known suspicious site). I could view an iframe when viewing the source code in my browser, but when downloading the files and looking for that iframe code – there is no iframe code there. I had my webhost do a scan for viruses and nothing was found, although he too could only see the iframe code in a browser but not on the actual files that are on my server.

Today, my AVG 2012 AV is now blocking a threat each time I click a link on my website – any product, the index, even the admin CP. The threat being blocked is “Exploit Blackhole Exploit Kit (type 2073)”. I searched Google and found some vague information about hackers adding a JavaScript and even database entries that load the iframe on the website, and spread to users who visit the site.

Is there anyone with any information on this? All the posts I can find online about this, instruct you how to clean the virus from your computer, but no one is talking about how to remove the virus from your website. I have a linux VPS if that helps.

Requirements:

I am looking for a complete corporate identity kit to be developed for a new start up company. (logo design, letterhead, compliment slip, envelope design, fax header etc). As always, I am only interested in original work where all copyright/ownership is transferred to me on project completion.

The company is a wholesaler/importer dealing mainly in partyware (paper plates, cups, candles), wrapping paper, and a few other items such as paper coffee cups, plain plates/cutlery for take away food stores/restaurants. The focus of the products may change over time, although this is the foreseen product focus. As you can see, there is a fun side (partyware) and a more serious side (restaurant/cafe supplies), and this leads me to my indecision as to the design approach. We will be covering everything from kids birthday plates to your basic takeaway coffee cups. Personally, I like the type of logo that makes you smile, such as those with a little cartoon like character on it, but I can’t decide whether it would work for this project.

Another thing to consider is that, in the future, I will be looking for the design to be developed/integrated into my own branded header boards and backing boards for the packaging and, of course, used on the website.

One of my competitors already uses a silver/grey colour, so I don’t want to go that colour. Once again, I can’t decide whether vivid colours, or subtle colours would be the best approach. I will provide a list of my competitors to the winning bidder if required, so you can see what colours/designs to avoid.

The company has a short 6 character name starting with a C. (full name will be given to the winning bidder obviously! )

I cannot decide whether the design should be fun oriented, or serious, so please give me your ideas/recommendations in your bid to help me see what you are thinking of. i currently have an E-Ink AM200 Prototype Kit and i want to develop e book reader applications on it for my final year project in school. i have many a challenge with knowing what the best application to use. i came across calibre and i am wondering if it can be of any help, the prototype kit runs a gumstix linux and when i power on the device it displays the default program that come with the Kit , I have tried getting programmers that can write a software that will read e-book on that linux platform, but i found none, until i came across Calibre, and i am thinking this should work perfectly for the kit.

Pls i need suggestions and advice form anyone.

what i am looking for is an e-book reader application that can be installed on the Kit and read books from a particular directory in the SD card.

If Calibrie is good enough, i will be needing advice on how to customize it to work well with my kit and how to install it to the kit.
