We are interested in creating an Online Accounting website with major features of Accounts Management and HR planning basically targeted towards small business owners.

The following set of user modules needs to be available in the web service:

a. Accounting services for small businesses
b. HR services (including payroll) for small businesses

- Multilingual capable. In addition to English, the platform should easily support both Left to Right and Right to Left presentation modes for languages like Arabic,spanish and maximum languages of the world as it is intended to be serving globally . (The translation is NOT in the scope of this job posting)

- Integration with a payment gateway for major credit cards.
- Administration portal for managing the platform and should include configuration and reporting tools.

The website should have web 2.0 look and feel and should have secure controls in place (input validation, client/server checks, double authentication, services hardening …etc)

The project should be completed within 50 days from the date of award. This includes coding, web site development, testing and bug fixing.
