I am looking for an app I can easily upload my google docs speadsheet songlist to, that will display my songbook for my karaoke shows. Black with white text,

It needs to sort by artist and title and also have tabs for that & NEW songs.

I would like an option to save a song to favorites so singers can save songs for future performances with notation of key change +/- and versions. Maybe even show it as being saved in favorites when your scrolling thru. It also has to be easily searchable.

Another page would have our contact info and link to our website.

Another page with a schedule of shows that is scrollable and the option to map it on google maps.

I would like to have a first page image that you tap and it goes away to advertise different contests/events we are hosting.

I have artwork for icon, and three pages (splash, Contact, & Schedule) ready to go at the correct aspect raio in both landscape and portrait.

I regularly update karaoke books for the DJ company I work for part time. The books have 6500+ songs with 100pg in each book and are still only sorted by Artist till this day.

Basic sort functionality of spreadsheet displayed is reasonably ascetic black background/white text.

Karaoke Request Center will be used by our karaoke dj’s at karaoke parties. This program will not play any karaoke songs. This program will be installed on a pc setup like a kioske so that our customers can simply select ARTIST or SONG TITLE and see what we have available. This takes the place of having books with our available songs in them. We currently use a program that scans all our karaoke files and then creates an excel file based on what it finds. COLUMN 1 = ARTIST, COLUMN 2 = SONG TITLE, COLUMN 3 = CATALOGUE ID#, COLUMN 4 = GENRE. I have attached a file that shows you a graphical display of how I would like the page layout. Some of our DJs have their own company and would need to insert their logo into the page. We will instruct the DJ that their logo should be named LOGO.gif or LOGO.jpg or LOGO.bmp and be placed in a certain directory in the program so that it will appear on the page. Will also instruct the DJ of the acceptable size of the LOGO file. Will also need a secret way to exit the program so that customer cannot exit or logout of program accidently. Also need a screen saver to run after 1 minute of non-use. I have attached a picture that I would like to float as the screen saver.

Also need this program to be written with a self installer for pc or mac. I will send my DJs cds so they can install this program on thier kioske pc’s or mac’s.

Please ask as many questions as you can before bidding on this project. Project is not difficult but want it done right the first time.

Karaoke Lister is for our users to look up karaoke songs we have available to sing.

The first part of this project is to write the html code so that we can run this html program on our website. PLEASE READ. I do not have any mysql or FTP access from our webhost. I can edit and run html or php code and can upload files to a certain directory. I will have a complete list of our karaoke songs on a .csv file. My hopes are that the Karaoke Lister program can be written to read this .csv file.

The second part of this project is to write the same but to run a stand alone laptop so that we can allow our clients to search for our karaoke song list at our events. Same thing here is that we would like the program to search a .csv file for the data. Also would like a lock feature on this part so that users cannot exit the program by accident. Would like a hidden hotkey for exiting the program back to windows.

Future project for this part may be to incorporate a touch screen instead of mouse and keyboard. More like a kiosk station. Future project for this part would be to have a send request to DJ from this station where the DJs laptop also has the ability to see the incoming request.

Here is how I vision how the applications would work on both the web version and the stand alone version.

Give me the ability to select which type I want the user to see. type=karaoke or music or music video. All this data is stored in our .csv file. I may be at an event where they are not having music videos at all so I would not select music video when I start the application that way no music videos would be displayed when they search.

After that feature basically allow the user to search by type, artist, title or genre. no searching by catalog#. If the user selects genre, then a list of all genres in our .csv file would be displayed in order. If they select COUNTRY then all country artists would be displayed in order. When the user selects the artist then all the song titles would be displayed for that artist. Also need a feature added that only shows one song title. We have many karaoke brands and have numerous same song titles. Only display one song title.

I am sure you will have lots of questions. Please do not bid on this project if you cannot complete the task. I expect lots of questions so that this can be done right the first time.

AGAIN I DO NOT HAVE ACCESS TO FTP OR SQL so the project has to be written to read a data file. Let me know if this is going to work or not before we start the project.

I need someone to build a script on my site that will basically be a Karaoke player. The users will be able to see the lyrics scrolling in a window and the music playing along with it.

The script will also need to connect to the users microphone and record to a .wav or .mp3 file to our server. The music to the track will have to be overlapped onto the voice track when it is done so that it will create a voice and music track.

Everything will need to sync well and display correctly. Only bid if you are serious, have feedback, and will finish the project and are familiar with this type of work.
