Clone Of Kajabi With Backend + Some Functions

I am requiring a clone of the functionality and themes and full backend of kajabi(dot)com. I would like my site to look different and I am not sure of all that was used to create this site. I am on a strict budget so lowest cost and most experience and features wins the bid. Full installation required.
