I have a form using jQuery to clone 2 fields but the clones all have the same name and they need to have unique names.

Also the Delete button only appears when a clone is added…but it does not disappear when only all clones are removed, so this needs fixing too.

The form is now 95% functional and only these 2 small things remain.
