Please see the attached screenshots. I need those pages duplicated and database/functionality created in the next 24 hours. Basic design is ready with html/css so the html workload is reduced. Form elements and css are ready. You just need to reuse the classes to build labels and fieldset.

I’m posting this project for the 4th time. Issue is not difficulty, its just professionalism. I had 5 days time last week and due to programmers not sticking to their words, I’ve wasted 4 days.

Please try to understand my necessity and be professional. Don’t just bid for the craze of few dollars.

If you do this within the timeline, I will continue to use your services to finish this application entirely.
