Convert Mix Files To Jpg

I have about 15 mix files that I need converted to a jpg or gif format. it looks like an easy process but i do not have the correct version of ms word, photodraw or picture it to get this done.
if you google how to convert a mix file it looks like an easy process.
i have attached a sample file for you to test out to to see if you can convert it.
