Hello i have a website with joomsocial and few components of joomla and i want do some fixes

- Notification forapprove user emails – go to corazone*justbecus.org
- Registration NO automatic, Webmaster must aprove all
1. Registran
2. Webmaster approve

3. send email to user when they are aproved
- Terms in lightbox accepts before fill the registration
- CUS TV – upgrade filesize limit for videos more bigger in hosting

This is a modification to Joomsocial (1.5.248) on Joomla (1.5.15) and a Component called SIMGallery. SIMGallery allows for photo tagging of users, the settings can be changed from allowing registered users to tag photos or not, users can only tag their friends on their own photos.

This project needs to do the following:
- Ability to ONLY allow ADMINs to Tag photos, even if they don’t have a friendship with any user on the site.
- Admin can tag users either by username or email. Setting can be done on the admin side.

This is what we need for now, let us know if you can do it. Only experience programers please.

E.g.

New York = NY 00012

South Africa = SA 00272 Etc…

The Abbreviation can be 2 or 3 letters then numbering system

These numbers will start at 0010 to infinity for each abbreviation

Etc…. this number follows their profile and will remain attached to member

Each id number will be visible at top of members profile next to their user name

Search module

The public will be able to search these unique ids from the front page Module

This module will display the appropriate member profile with a button to contact them

Please give a brief description (out-line) on how you will accomplish this task
