Joomla 2 Jamroom Bridge

May 9th, 2011 Comments off

Hello,
I have two sites one is Joomla 1.6 and the other is Jamroom 4.2.4 ( http://www.jamroom.net ). What I would like to have is a bridge between the two databases. When a user gets an account on the Joomla site an account is created in the Jamroom database using the same user name and password. +Update password in jamroom if updated There is already a bridge that works Jamroom to Joomla, I just need a bridge that works in the other direction.

Link Indexing Portal

August 4th, 2009 Comments off

This project is being relisted due to the fact that we were a bit short in details in our first attempt. Please do not bid on this project unless you are serious and have the skills to complete the job.

Our Project:

We are trying to create a tv and movie link portal website where users can find links to all their favourite tv-shows and movies. Some websites that are similar to what we are trying to build are: surfthechannel.com , letmewatchthis.com , tvshack.net

A lot of pre built CMS’s have many of these features built in and may just need editing We are happy to use existing code that you have already created as long as the project meets our requirements.

Links:

Links will be added/updated using a submit form that will be accesses via a link in the primary link menu. When clicking Submit Links you will be then redirected to a page with two options. The options being [Submit Movie] or [Submit TV-Show]

Example: http://tinyurl.com/mbhbgw

If [TV-Show] is selected you will be brought to a form which will have a list of our television shows in a drop-down menu with the option of adding a new tv-listing if it isnt already there.

Heres an example of what we would like: http://tinyurl.com/nryghp

Once a link is submitted it will be held in a review section where and admin must approve it before it becomes live. Certain users, such as the admin will have the ability to add links without needing them to be reviewed.

We would like a type of glossary display of all categories similar to that of tvshack.net. This type of display would be used for both the TV-Show section as well as the Movie section of our web page.

For reference you can see; Movies: http://tvshack.net/movies/ TV-Shows: http://tvshack.net/tv/

Link Display:
We would like our pages that contain links to be displayed in a table format. The format would be similar to this: http://tinyurl.com/mc3tqh

Username field: This would be the name of the user that submitted the link.
Download field: There will be no files stored on our servers other then the content submitted by our users and admins. All download links that will be placed in each row will be links that will redirect users to affiliate websites.
Report field: The report field is for users to flag dead links for admins to review.

That’s everything that we want to outline here. If you need more information feel free to contact us.

Optimize Website

July 20th, 2009 Comments off

I need to have one of my websites optimized. Over the past couple years the site has used various content management systems and databases that are no longer relevant. I need useless files and databases removed. And I need the site optimized for better speed. I currently have a dedicated server, a social networking script called handshakes, and vbulletin. I need the following removed; Joomla and coppermine, maybe a bit more.

Geocaching Clone

June 20th, 2009 Comments off

Hello-
I am looking for a website with a function comparable to that of GeoCaching.com. The layout is not as crucial as the function of the site.

The site needs
-a search function to find the geocaches nearest the location that you type in (google maps would be nice)

-an option for registration so that a user can post a cache, with a location, coordinates, and description, and basic admin functions.

-An option for Premium Membership, paid through paypal

If you need more information, please post to the pmb.

Cms-database Developer Needed

May 28th, 2009 Comments off

Our existing Web presence will be used to help you better understand our project. Our initial needs are to create a CMS tying into a database backed system. Everything will eventually be managed from our servers in Fremont California.

Although Joomla, Social Networking and MySQL are selected technologies and services, we are open to other technologies to get this part of our project finished rapidly.

WE ARE VERY SERIOUS and HAVE THE POTENTIAL FOR A LOT OF WORK. We are looking for hopefully a long term arrangement. This job will be STEP One of that relationship. Here is some more info:

What we need is an EXCEPTIONAL CMS-DATABASE-WEB DEVELOPER! Start out with this project Part 1, there could be much more work. We are considering this a good test.
We know you’re there, because we’ve found you before. Sometimes it takes a while to find someone like you, but we have and it’s been worth the effort. We’re looking for someone with EXCEPTIONAL skills.

Before we hire you for this project we want to meet you and get to know you on Scriptlance and through our communications. Please PM me with information about yourself, let us know if you have a company and work with others or just by yourself. Send me a small bit about your history, about work you’ve done, please send me ONLY SAMPLES that pertain to what we are asking for here (example, don’t send Logo Designs we don’t need that now). Tell me about your passions in life- professionally and personally. Tell me about your goals.

I don’t want to hear the same copy and paste BS you send to everyone else. I want to know the REAL YOU created SPECIFICALLY for us. Anything less than that will be unacceptable. I need to know that I’ve got someone truly exceptional who can get the job done and beyond all else loves what they do. Everyone that has ever worked for me is a friend, and we take care of all our friends.

We are looking to expand on our existing Web presence and can PM you a document outline that will be used to help you better understand our project.
