Get a Freelance Job

I have a web site in joomla and I need to add some functionality. I need it asap. In general lines it will be like this:
After user sign up he can edit or change his profile, and he can place an order for a video advertisment. He will go though some steps from choosing the voice, adding the text, choose the pictures and the sounds for it (I will provide the photos and the sounds you just need to add them so the users can choose). Also they need to have the posibility of uploading their own.

I need a good programmer and I need him fast. Will be working with him all the time for future projects.

Need to use point system in JomSocail.
I need to have 2 field added to point system “linked external web site” the points field left blank for me to add (value changeable)
All members will have the ability to paste or link my icon in any other social networking site in there profile.Once this link is placed on one of those site and is clicked a member receives specified points.(value changeable) (This only happens for the first 4 times(this value Is changeable)after a member reaches a certain amount of points ( value changeable)this will allow a form to become available inside members profile.this from info is saved in a file.
