As I need it asap, the programmer need to have some experience with Joomla extensions.
The main goal is to show a configurable (by category, by keyword, by price average, amount of products to show etc) set of products from a portal like ebay (isn’t eBay) in any module position.

My client needs an existing website converted over to a Joomla-driven site. The client would like the look/layout of the site to be almost identical to the link below.. and does not want any major changes to the look/feel of the site.

I have a real estate site that needs to be coded using a CMS (preferably Joomla). A PSD file will be provided using the exact specifications including dimensions and colours.
The requirements are fairly straightforward and the design can be viewed in the attached JPG files that show the home page, a content page and a wrapper (iframe) page. The home page image and text alongside need to be in separate modules.
There will be a couple of standard forms as well.
The files should be fairly self-explanatory, if there are any questions, please ask before bidding.

Create a category called “Spiritual Awakening” under Self Awareness menu. Create a category called “Financial success” under Success Principles menu. Eventually I will ad more categories.
Link the categories on the front page when users click on the categories they will find the introduction but they will need to sign in to read articles found in them.
All the menu headings in red should be this color (#0404B4), all the pink should be this(#4B088A). All borders should be white.I should be able to post articles, news items and daily inspirations without problems. If you are used to joomla this is very easy to set up since all the functions are there. I am new to it so I do not have time to learn it.

3. Explanation of the claim bonus form.
