Get a Freelance Job

Users would be greeted at a homepage (similar in looks as google’s homepage, with a search bar) to enter a zip code which would advance to a pod or a regional website. At that point, the use will select which items will be needed at that job.

I would to be able to manually add suppliers and customers, while customers are able to add themselves as well.

I would need a content management system for this.

I would like it to be similar (not identical to www.equiprent.com).

I would like a bidding system similar to the one on www.scriptlance.com where suppliers are able to bid on the needs of customers.

(This project is partially completed at the moment, I’m looking for someone to pickup where the other developer left off.)
