I am looking for a job board website, with a job sector and location search.
with 2 sign ups one for the employer and one for the jobseeker.

The jobseeker sign up should include:
- a CV upload with a privacy setting
- upload a portfolio
- apply for jobs and send a cover letter.

The employer should be able to post a job for a fee, using paypal, and receive messages from the jobseekers and a CV browse.

I would also like a resource page where i can add content ie add articles.
