I need a good flash designer to create a flash intro for a web page that has the look and feel of a TV News Broadcast Report intro. Maximum flash timing 30 seconds. I need to use this as the intro to new stories we will be posting on our website. This needs to be designed to open on our Web page as a Video insert similar to You Tube.

Create Flash Intro
Create and install the html code for the insert of the Video presentation on our page.
Create Code for once the flash ends, our story video will then run.

We will be creating the new story video each week. We want to simply create the news story and upload it to our server with a file name you have added to the code you create to auto run, AFTER the INTRO Flash you have created.

The winner programmer should have samples of their work for us.

I would like software that can take a paragraph like someone would send texting and using a database shorten all of their words to make the text message as tight or as few letters as possible.

See this website for an example of how they shorten words:

I have know idea what language this would be written in or if it could be used as a plug in on wordpress or firefox or something.

I also would like this software or application to be able to take someones URL they would text and automatically use a system like “shorturl” to minimize the length of the text.

Please be able to do both the url shortening and the programming for the text shortening and be able to combine them into a web based plugin, firefox addon, or a desktop widget for windows and macs.

It will login to twitter, query a search for friends, and follow people. No need for the unfollow feature.

Another feature that I would like is it’s own twitter updater. I want it to be able to login to certain accounts, and update a tweet within a specified amount of time.

so here are the features :
1) login to twitter accounts
2) do a query search on twitter and follow twitter users
3) update tweets by logging into accounts, within multiple accounts (as long as the program is open) within certain time frames. So it should be able to login to account 1, update, login to account 2, update, login to account 3, update, all automatically. Maybe an excel file with various updates .. not sure
