We are looking for an online based mobile brochure builder – basic packaging tool that will enable the creation of mobile Jar Jad files for a variety of mobile screen sizes (the three dominant screen size groups), storage and speed resources (please note – the mobile brochure should work on practically any MIDP2.0 Java phone with screen width equal to or greater than 128 pixels).

I am looking to develop a web app that will let users modify a simple curve through control points. The left side of the applet will be a 2D profile curve, while the right side of the screen will enable a live preview of the object. Will also need a way for the user to save their object they created. Preferably being able to output a 3D file format for the created object.

Full working site with all functions, this means video mixing system.

In brief:

1. Business Functionality areas (Administration Area) – User Management, Content Management, Reports, Mails/Messages Management, Payment Management
-Business Functionality Areas (User Area)- User Management, Order Submission, Payment Gateway integration, Email Processing.
2. Clients need to register, register page required , Registration system installed with payment system set up. User will have options to pay for a single production or monthly, yearly fee using paypal or similar (Admin needs to be able to edit fees, delete users with auto suspend account when time is expired)
3. Auto re-active is required for client when accounts are expired and payment is processed with options to turn off auto and use as manual. Alert details are to be given to clients if manual activation is required. ( Example Allow 24-48hrs for activation of account after payment)
4. Admin is able to edit each fee for such selections and set discount rate for different registered users.
5. An account invoice system is required for admin to issue invoices out to clients.
6. Site needs to render/produce higher or equal to quality of Animoto productions. If videos productions are not to Animoto standards they will not be accepted. Videos embed codes and download options all need to function the same as Animoto.
Basically we are looking for all the features Animoto offers to users

7.The system needs to fully tested and bug free, our company will require up to 7 days of testing before releasing of funds, no payment will be made until a fully working bug free system is produced. Set up needs to be installed on our server and tested to our satisfaction. We will have multiple people using the system at the same time so please insure it will be stable with loads.
If project is not completed by the stated date and delays are not due to our company, we will have the right to cancel the project and request 100% refund from escrow.
8.We require full source codes including the design source.
9. An on going arrangement to service/admin the site for approx 12 months and an on going service after 12 months.

I will require constant visual updates as project progresses.
