The designer can protect himself from fear of me running off with them by sending as PDF with watermark or whatever makes you comfortable.

The concept for the flash cigarette animation would be the similar as the example, with a few modifications.

In the foreground, a more realistic cigarette would be burning and the harmful ingredients (nicer fonts) would be listed off as it burns.

In the background (or side view), the smoke from the cigarette would be going into the human render’s lungs and would show color changes, deformation, cancer appearing the more they smoke (but nothing too graphic, just subtle color changes, shrinkage, etc.)

The body would also continually morph/mist from a human form into a human skeletal as the cigarette progresses to create a subliminal effect as well.

Most likely just take a still with a full cigarette and then re-create the drag effect as done in example .swf (moving burning downwards, rather showing the entire “ash” of the cigarette burn.

Images to use, some need to be cleaned up, the large images you need to split and mix so we avoid copy right issues.

We have a site for the stock market and want to charge per pick. We want the customers to purchase credits and then they can buy a pick. If the pick does not reach our target profit level then the credit would then be placed back into the customers account. So they are only paying for the picks that hit our profit goal. We do not need photos or forums or anything of the sort we are just looking for the back end portion that can manage members credits. We also need to be able to email the people per pick meaning; if 100 people buy pick #10 then we would want to be able to email just those people easily and fast. We would want a data base with all members and then break it down to the individual picks and make a email list for just them. We need it easy to use for us and the members. Bsaically the site would have 4-5 picks and the members could choose which ones they wanted. We are reay to pay for this project. Thank you.
