I have a series of videos that I would like to make into an iphone app for kids. It should have an option to play all videos or a menu to browse and choose each video.

user selects category eg
documentary, film, viral etc
then a list of videos are displayed as thumbnails, with metadata, rating and comments.
the user selects the video and the video is streamed from my server. with fast forward and rewind and seek.
will need a simple cms designed for my windows server to add videos and categories for the app i think?
