I need to develop an app for my church, with it updating from a server weekly. It has to have the videos of the sermon each week, the ability to add text. Sort of like the bbc iphone/ipad app but with sermon videos and notes etc. I have attacted some design sketches I did.

1. Audio text synchronization feature – As the audio plays the corresponding text should highlight. It is used for a self-learining module in the app.

2. Guided writing feature – The application helps students write chinese words. There will be a grid as a background and users can draw on the screen from point to point with the gridlines as refrerence. Each stroke in the word has to be of specific length (Which is the reason gridlines are given as background). The user should be prompted to write on the grid when ever he/she tries to write outside of it.

We have a published book in English (230 pages, source is in InDesign) that I want converted to iPad (and iPhone). You will need to figure out how to best lay it out so it is comfortably read on an iPad. You will need to add multi-media links and links to background material, Twitter, and Search engines. It needs to have an attractive design and a unique touch and feel on an iPad.
After the iPad app is done the source (including the links) should be available to convert easily convert to Kindle, iBook and other eBook formats.
