Need a flash intro and animated backround

We need a 2 to 3 minute company intro video. We will provide the script and some images. You will be required to suggest and provide the additional images needed. We will do our own narration after. I need a programmer that can back a flash intro page using a playground theme simiar to http://www.yourplayground.org/ except our playground will be complete and the user will be able to click on certain areas to go forums, videos galleries, etc. I just need a nice intro page for now. This is for a gay site. If you can help design a nice flash intro page please let me know.

I would like to create a small flash video on the home screen of my website. It will be more of a 3 step instructional video. Maybe 10-30sec long.

Example:
-Step one, (animated scene) clicking on my website to submit order.
-Step two, (animated scene) receiving envelope in the mail
-Step three, (animated scene) customer putting their phone in envelope and then putting into mailbox.
