Cut Up A .wmv File Into Clips

Hello,
I have a 1 hour .wmv video recording. I need it cut up into 120 clips. The 120 clips should each be around 30 seconds long.
Then you could just put all the 120 videos into a zip file and re-upload the video to the same file sharing account you’ll download it from.
You need to also show me exactly how you did the job with detailed instructions for future reference.
