FIRST ISSUE: Pagination

I run a legitimate email marketing business. I am 100% CAN-SPAM compliant. All I do is sell Real Estate related products and services to U.S. and Canadian Realtors. My mailings are completely legal but since they are UCE to a base of 1 million Realtors it has gotten increasingly more difficult to keep servers operational. It shouldn’t be but it is. So, I need an expert in email delivery. someone who is familiar with installing world-class systems such as Interspire or others in a multi-server environment where I can rotate IPs to stay “under the radar”. I get my list from the best and most expensive provider in the space plus I just paid to have it run through hygeine. It went from 1.1 million records to 750,000 records so it should be clean, clean clean.

I want to be able to mail the entire list every day. Your quote must include day to day maintenance of servers to ensure they stay running. If any blacklisting should occur you should be able to swap out domains and IPs.

I am looking for someone who knows Interspire well and can offer the following:

1) Rotate SMTP/MTA accounts and throttle the speed/limit on each account.

2) Rotate email content. Example: {Fred|Jim|Bob}. This should work in the subject, from name, from email, and message body.

3) Rotate unsubscribe links automatically

4) Must be clean and fast

5) I would prefer to have source files, as opposed to a repository feed. A feed to periodic updates in addition to an add-on however, would be fantastic!

Wondering if any developers with Interspire experience can assist with a very urgent issue on one of my clients’ websites. For the past 2 days, customers have not been able to proceed with an order because it does not allow them to select a suburb after they enter their postcode. My previous developer, who built the site, wrote a custom shipping module which uses Fastway’s locality breakdown to generate the freight charge. So when a customer enters their postcode, it queries the database for suburbs under that postcode.
At the moment no suburbs are showing and a blank warning message shows if you try to proceed.

The error logs are showing a strange notice that started repeating from the 19th Oct (but strangely enough customers have been able to order since then up until 22nd).

I have attached a screenshot of the error log.

This is urgent and basically needs to be fixed today.
