WordPress Expert To Speed Up Site

I am looking for an absolute wordpress expert who can speed up a site that was built using the Source theme from elegantthemes.com

Ectc Ie 7-8-9 Fix

Our project at http://bit.ly/mct8Wf has major IE 7-8-9 problems. These errors need to be fixed on our SVN server. All existing site design must remain unchanged. IE6 support is not necessary.
