I have a site sillytext.com that allows users to send a text message and picture from the site.

I want to add two functions that will allow users to send a sound file to go with the picture. The sound files would be in a dropdown list, they select it if wanted and it is sent with the picture that they choose. The sound needs to play at the same time the picture is displayed.

Also, after the sound/picture are displayed I need another picture file to play. The final picture will be a ad that I can update at will when I want to.

All I need is like a picture slidshow that plays in the recievers phone.

The pictures are sent through a email to the recievers phone. If you think you can do this please let me know a price. I have a limited buget so please be reasonable.

I have a script that i need intergrated in phpbb forum script. It can be intergrated in a CMS like Xoops or Joomla if thats what you know. The script I have do not have user management, but I need user management and is why it needs to be intergrated.
