Here is the scope of the project:
1. We have a new vBulletin forum hosted on the wrong server. We need you to INSTALL the new custom header (NOT DESIGN IT). This should be easy for anyone with programming experience in vBulletin. You must have experience with vBulletin. Please do not bid if you don’t.
2. Then we need you to move the data base & FTP files to a new hosting site. Please do not bid if you can’t do both.
