Want to install the latest vbulletin suite but need it extensively customized look/feel/functionality to integrate with out graphics

We are a media company based in NYC looking to hire a SugarCRM consultant to help us implement the application and customize it for our specific needs. Here are the primary applications we need if for:
- Tracking web publishers we contact
- Tracking sites/domains each publisher registered
- Contact information
- Tracking activities and meetings with publishers
- Tracking support cases with publishers

This includes integration with our existing database of information. The SugarCRM application will need to be installed on our AWS servers (Amazon). Please see attachment for more information.

Attached is the WP Revolutioin Church V4. I would like to install this theme on a domain so that it has all the features as this website: http://www.seotrainingsw.com/ including the slide show, customized header & logo, video, form for email submission, static content on first page, SEO 1 in all, etc. I have used wordpress before and I’m familiar with how to access the admin but because this file does not have a manual, I would need someone to help me customize it. I like this theme very much and would likely need help in setting up other blogs. Bid selection will depend primarily on price, how soon you can start/finish, and your desire to help a relative newbie like me understand how to customize the theme.
