A few years back, I had a small site made for me to enter, store, and print vehicle inspections to PDF. Now I want to improve the look and functionality of the next version of that site.

So here is what I need:

1. Inspection Creation Area
– Create your inspection categories and items

2. Data Entry/Edit Area
– Area where you enter/edit each vehicle inspection – basically just three radio buttons (Pass, Fail or Not Applicable) for each item

3. Inspection Viewing Area
– A searchable area (by Stock #, VIN # or Repair Order #) to find the inspection and one-click print it to PDF

A few bonus requests (not necessary, but would be cool)

- The ability to create multiple garages that keeps Garage A inspections separate from Garage B
- The ability to add technicians and create their own username/password and the inspections automatically show who did them
- Plus any additional items that you think would be a benefit

I’m attaching a few files from the existing site to give you an idea of where things are.

The biggest thing is to make the next version look better and work better than the current one.

I need a form that can be printed out and taken to the vehicle, this form is to document the condition, any prior unrelated damage and allow us to mark on a top view simulated vehicle what damage is noted. i would also like to have the date car dropped off, the owners name, the make, model, mileage, overall condition, and a place for signature by the owner and the shop. this would be better in a word or google doc format so we could update it later.

Www.cmvinsuranceinspection.com website has a couple of issues:

1. can one company have two separate logins to our website?

2. Need changed on our website: “not available” changed to “not applicable”

3. Added at the bottom of a completed inspection: AGENT/UNDERWRITER: Please review all confirmations and comments to verify this application qualifies as submitted.

4. Attached is a copy of weird cells or something for one our our new clients…Payroll – Leased for Casual Labor, Subcontract Costs and Gross Receipts show this weird: “Warning: money_format() expects pa” Don’t know why this is showing but it upsets the client and us.

5. Can we customize a Interview Information page for just one of our new clients and add in the payroll area a box for “Number of Employees” and in the roofing area add a box for: “If roofing is Yes, we need a drop down box for: Is any heat applied or sprayed on roofing application performed yes or no

6. We have a prospective new client who is asking if he can email us a group of inspections for us to do in an XLM attachment. Is there any way this could be incorporated into our website so I wouldn’t have to reenter each individual request?

7. Is there a way to red flag or put a red check mark across the front of an inspection being sent back to our clients indicating they need to look at big issues regarding it.

We are looking to design a property/home inspection app that will be used in conjunction with real estate inspections. The app will have several functions:
-Customer Information, Date, Time of inspection
-ability to customize inspection templates
-Ability to add pictures using USB connector to any line item/description
-Ability to create summaries so that customers can quick view concerns with property
-insert findings/recommendations to property owner (details upon acceptance)

(There is a similar app that has already been produced, which I’ve researched and found to have bugs in and currently doesn’t function) I will provide a link of this app to interested programmers. The app which is already available I feel can be enhanced to be more suitable for agents to use (as well as actually working).

The app will need to be designed, programmed, created etc by the chosen programmer in relation to the aesthetics and information provided by myself.

The interim inspection app is designed to allow estate agents to produce their own inspections on their managed properties, instead of outsourcing their inspections from companies.

As I am an experienced inventory clerk, I am familiar with the contextual information the app needs and will provide all the relevant information/text/features the app needs to be suitable and reliable for an estate agent to use.

Specific function the app needs: Once the agent has created the report on the app, the report will then be saved and sent to the agents office/email via PDF.

I will provide the chosen developer with a list of information the app needs in order to be classed as a professional inspection report. The chosen programmer will need to explain specific, yet simple steps to me as to how the app process works, from creation – to getting the app on iTunes and how that process is achieved.

I need a programmer who knows how to work with database on the web. We have 28 hotels and each general managers need to randomly inspect 10 rooms per day. This web interface can collect the data of what room number they inspected. What’s wrong with each room and another box to input that they did to improve the room. 1. Application will be used for inspectors doing on-field work using PDA provided with camera and GPRS connectivity.
2. Inspector should login to application, search a contract using Contract No. or Contract Name, select record from Grid.
3. Once contract is selected, user could take a photo using photo control. Photo file should be associated with contract.
4. For each job detail related to contract, user should input date of inspection, quantity of advance and percentage of advance should be calculated.
5. Software should allow to upload data to central repository using ftp and mark record once transferred.

I started coding the application. I need someone to complete in timely manner the project as soon as possible to present demo to the customer.
