I am trying to install oracle 11g 2 grid infrastructure and database and continue to get error message

1) front page must match www.novamov.com “style” in all respects, except different title and logo, which will be designed or provided; work-able uploading device/option on front page etc.

2) Under “directory”, must have a searchable database (box) for all files on the new site with similar subsections as novamov (as shown under www.novamov.com/search.php)

3) Most important, each video in the directory must have a link and a built-in player (identical in quality to nova) that generates a unique (doesnt change) address. For example, http://www.novamov.com/video/hrudugwm0gzzs

4) All administration pages and strucutre that Nova has, to manage all aspects of the site and generated pages described herein.

I am looking for someone to write INSIGHTFUL articles on IT infrastructure management, outsourcing IT support etc (about 50 of them).

They need to be in simple English. I find that only people with thorough understanding are able to express technical ideas in simple language. So, having a certification from Microsoft or someone else will not automatically quality to write such articles.

I give the topic title and the directions to write the article. For instance, it could be about “why you should migrate to Exchange 2007″ or less technical and more business-like “Why should you care about back up if you’ve not had any disasters in the last 5 years” or “why is it better to outsource your IT than to keep it inhouse” or “what should you ask your IT support provider before you sign the contract” or “should you move your data to a cloud”

We want the writer to do research (we can provide some sources) and write the articles. We do not flowery language or hype to make 300 or 500 words but rather facts and useful information to make up the articles, even if they are smaller articles.

There will also not need to be any design right now, only nuts and bolts modules. (Similar to popular social networking sites) Need to be able to search the database for people, with an on-site search engine (And searchers will be able to narrow down search results buy age, location, single or married, among other items that will be easily added on later). Each customer will create their user account, fill out their profile, and have the information be stored on the database. If there are changes made to the profile page by us (the designers) that change will need to update on all everyone’s individual profile pages automatically. Also, a login page, and account setup page will have to be included. All of this, I will have ownership of when finished, and be able to revise (may require instructions from you as to what will be needed to edit) Onceyou are finished, the entire thing must be able to be uploaded to my site, and be functional. Each Candidate must have some type of portfolio showing creating of something similar in the past, OR, some kind of guarantee, or something that they will get the work done, and it will be easily revisable by me later.
