This is something new…..a new concept.
I have a goal to bring true altruism back to the business of charities. It’s become less about the needy and more about raising money and large salaries for the administrators. My purpose is to make it easy for people to want to donate to a specific cause have the information and be able to easily donate in a fun way to charities that have low overhead and focus on the programs.
A charity website that acts like a “seal of approval” for charities that follow the guidelines.
I want a clean looking site that focuses on donations and our mission. That allows us to have separate pages on the individual charities.
I want the focus to be on a donation form that has to have great design, is fun and easy to use. My thought is to use javascript.
The donation flow in my initial thought is something like this:
1. Your Name and Address
2. The amount you want to donate
3. A radio button if you want to make a restricted donation
If the donation is restricted, then a slider is activated allowing the donor to decide the max. % amount of the donation that can be used for admin. expenses.
It should show the donor the actual dollar amount authorized for admin and for programs.
4. There should be a radio button to make a general donation spread among all the charities or to select the charities you want to donate from a list. I see the list as a closeable div. or a list that you can drag and drop charities into your list of donations. The list should have a hover state on the charity to get additional information on it click on it and a possible modal that you get the full charity info with a linkout to their site in another browser window
5. Multiple payment choices with reoccurring option
6. Account password and whether they want their donations to show as their name or anonymous
7. Their account will keep a listing of all their donations and totals, etc.
The home page should show:
Top donors for the day / Month / year / total
It should show the full amount donated.
Charities will have their own page on the front end and will have an account to agree to the terms / mission when they request approval as an approved charity. They also will have a backend that will provide the amount the charity has received.
We will also have a backend showing financials and charity info, etc. The backend should be a well thought out UI and not something looking out of 1995.

The css and code should be very clean.
I prefer working with someone or a team that “gets” our mission.
This is a not for profit concept that I will be funding myself. Keep that in consideration.
You need to write the code. I will hold all rights to the code and Netsultants will be credited.
The site should also have formatting for Ipad / Iphone style app

. So on this site we will have option to download poker client. Beside that we will need option to have real time info about our tournaments that are held on our poker software (time, buy in and stuff like that). Poker software in development we are making is application that will need design too off course to fit in with that site with colors and design. So we need someone to design that too we will give you info and dimensions to fit in.
