I would like a quote for someone to set up Magento for me, design a nice looking front end and import my products, customers and orders from an oscommerce database. This isn’t a basic requirement, I will need you to be very skilled / experienced with Magento.

I have already installed Magento, but am struggling with the data import and the set up as I am so used to oscommerce but know very little about Magento.

Front End:
I will provide examples of web sites that I like the look of
Nothing too adventurous. I will need the front end of the site configuring so that it looks presentable.

Back End:
I need the system configuring to replicate a lot of the functions I have on oscommerce (creloaded) at the moment.

Data Import:

We need to import PDF file into XLS file. The PDF file and sample XLS files are attached. The PDF file consists of 28 pages with approx. 25 listings per page. The XLS file needs to be clean and as per attached sample. Logos and other junk text needs to be removed, I need only the header fields that are in the sample Excel file.
The text in resulted file needs to be proofed as importing tools ad some junk, extra spaces, etc. The file needs to be also checked for importing errors, so ALL records from PDF file are end up in the Excel file. The budget is low as this project does not require any highly technical skills.
I attempted to import this myself, but got bogged down with inserting the delimiting characters, correcting the spacing, removing extra spaces,etc. Someone with experience can do it much more efficient.

My OSC shop was being hacked and the hackers were sending out emails from my server, and my webhost has now upgraded to PHP 5, and hardened it with Suhosin, and is now running it through suPHP.

Now, OSC does not display at all. Just a background image. There are no warnings that make any sense, and I have decided to just upgrade to 2.3.1 on a fresh install, and import the data from 2.2. Version 2.3.1 displays perfectly and installed fine.

Well rather than make another Power seat for the other days, I would easily just choose that out of the list of all previously added.. Likely there would have to be seperate admin panels for some of these pages as we can’t have 1 GIGANTIC admin panel especially when it’s listing all colors, trans, engines, options, etc.. Setting a default thumbnail. Ability to easily add a new YEAR, or MODEL, or VARIATION for future Camaro years.

We have a wordpress blog and we have 125,000 .txt files we need to import into our wordpress blog as posts.

The posts must be scheduled randomly for 75-100 per day until they are all posted.

The txt files have a category name that each one should be put into.

Example, filename: test-frank.txt, the file should be posted to wordpress in the “test” category. If the “test” category doesnt exist it should be created.

There are many ways to accomplish this project and we aren’t particular about how you do it.

You must send examples of your wordpress work.

2) horizontal or width of graph change from 4.5″ to 3.5″ size

3) yearly scale will change to weekly scale: 5 bars – one for each day ( currently we success to make it in frontview of graph but it is showing only in frontview graph, in back it is importing according to yearly, we need to import weekly means each day data and to show its graph line )

4) Automatically delete old data and import new data every x minute , could be use cronjobs of anything else ?

What the actual concept of this graph is, it is working f9 and importing yearly based data, but we need to change this script to show graph according to weeks instead of years. Means each day of week showing stockdata on daily bases. Please check attached files and import them and look to clear your concept, remember to remove old data before importing new data.
