Fixing Upload Image Error

Hi,
I have two same websites that are having errors in terms of uploading images to them. It should be really easy, since it was previously working before but stopped working all of a sudden. It must be done within 24 hours from date of winning the bid. The websites are exact replicate of each other, but different design, so the scripts / errors must be the same. This is perfect for somebody who wants to earn a perfect review for something really easy and gain future jobs/fixes in the future too!
