Hi,

I want someone to develop simple application or simple class which can convert image to ARGB hexadecimal text format with 8 bits. Solution in C# or vb.net only.

Detail:

Function that takes the number of bytes to read and returns a hex-encoded string. The data should be the icon representation as 32 bits per pixel with 4 channels (ARGB) or 8 bits per channel with the channels interleaved.

Payment after completion of work.

Jpg To Vector Image Conversion

Must be clearly converted from JPG format to Vector format to fit poster frames in the following sizes to be real clear. Photo needs to adjust to much larger sizes to fit the framing (below):

36 inches in width and 24 inches in height

24 inches in width and 24 inches in height

Image Conversion

Im looking for a programmer whom will either convert a jpeg image into a vector file.

I need the vector image to have all the lines of the origional image.

I need to be able to design graphics onto the vector image to show customers what there design would look like.

Please provide a sample vector of the attached image names “scriptlance-sample” you dont have to recreate all of this image but show me that your are up for the job.

Colours are not important as long as i can add colours thats fine, but lines are a must!

The winning programmer will then have more work from me doing other make and models.
