Hello
I need a simple Console Application programmed in VB.Net (not Web based/No GUI).

Use a loan of $200,000 and have it calculate the payment amount for three mortgage loans:

- 7 years at 5.35%
- 15 years at 5.5%
- 30 years at 5.75%

Use an array for the different loans.

Display the mortgage payment amount for each loan.

Project Management Software

This program should be a web-based open source program using PHP and MySQL. Javascript should be kept to a minimum, all error checking should be done on the server side. All styling should be done in CSS.
I. Scheduling Projects for individuals within set time frame/Allocating Project Hours
a. Enter Multiple employees
i. Set Level 1 (full control) and Level 2 (review and report)
ii. Set number of hours for normal business days (M-F) on individual basis (actual time of day irrelevant, just need one hour blocks)
iii. All employees log in at the beginning of the day to see summary page of schedule (just the individual for Level 2 but everybody for Level 1)
b. For New Projects:
i. Enter in customer, contact information for customer, name/description of project, estimated time for project to be completed in, and total cost.
ii. System will notify person entering the above of approximate finish date.
iii. Person creating project can assign employees to the project and assign how much time each employee will spend on the project.
iv. The person assigning the project can also request the project be given priority and assign a maximum date the project needs to be completed by.
v. Only level one employees can accept/reject priority requests.
vi. Employees will have the ability to override generic delay setting.
c. Project Management
i. Employee has ability to override current projects with another project in database.
ii. In an override, system asks employee the estimated amount of time he intends to work on the other project.
iii. Once an override occurs, the system accounts for it by pushing back other projects.
iv. Once an override is complete, the employee notifies the system to switch back to the other project.
v. Each divided chunk of time for a project should carry an actual and estimated time.
d. Instant Alerts
i. When actual time on a project is postponed past estimated date by a certain set amount of business days, system notifies select users.
ii. Ability to have employee notify system that delay email was sent to customer
e. Settings
i. Control what Level 1/2 employees can see and do
ii. Specify how many days/hours late a project can be before late notification is sent and who it is sent to.
II. Statistical Reports
a. Pick a date range for the company or an employee and report on the following:
i. Estimated time worked vs. Actual (showing an over/under summary)
ii. Projects completed within time frame, and estimated time worked vs. actual for each project and in total
b. Projects (all listed projects should show their monetary value)
i. Open projects for company or individual employees
ii. Number of delay emails sent overall and for specific projects

I. Main Page
a. This page will consist
i. Company description.
1. Electronic web based mall linking customers to various products and services.
ii. Guest Sign Up and Login
1. The guest sign up will consist of visitors providing Name and Valid Email. (And Member referral ID if Provided)
a. The Guest Email will become their log in name and if no referral id provided they will be assigned to a members page such as www.xyz.com/Tom if referred they will be assigned refers page.
i. The next guest to sign up will be assigned to the next member in the database if now referral id is provided. Such as www.xyz.com/Fred
ii. This way each time a guest logs in to view products or services they will be taken to the members page they were assigned or referred. The goal of this is to build each members customer base and network.
b. An email containing there guest Log in (Email) and Password will be sent to their email.
iii. Members Log in.
1. Members log in will take members to their back page (Home Office).
a. There is no need for a Members sign up on the main page.
i. Guests are referred to become members through the Members Page they are assigned when they sign up as a guest.
II. Members Back Page (Home Office)
1. Here members will initially complete their set up process.
a. I plan on uploading video instructions walking users through the set up
b. Then they will enter each Id this changing the links on their main page to include their referral id
1. Member receives ID such as THudson81 and enters it into the appropriate id box on page set up
2. Now all links related to product will include their referral id
a. Example the link on the page will change to include the users referral id http://thudson81.ProductURL.net/?tid=TOMSSITE
c. If a user does not enter an id the link will include the id of the next member in their upline that completed that affiliate sign up.
2. Members Back Page (Home Office) will also have
a. Message board for admin (Me) to post messages to all downline members.
b. Contact manager that maps out their downline and upline.
c. Access to Members Forum and Blog.
d. Tools section where Admin can add and post different tools and training materials such as sites, ebooks, letters, ads and other marketing material.
e. Service request and an area to request new referral programs.
III. Admin Page (For my use)
a. Here I will need to be able to
i. Customize the look of members front page and add various product and services.
a. Say I want to add a new program I need to be able to upload an image description and URL such http://USERID#1.PRODUCTURL.net/?tid=TOMSSITE
i. I will be able to arrange this new product on the main page under appropriate category in every members store front

1. Now all of Marks guest become his customers and he makes the commission.
ii. Post messages to the members message board
iii. Control and monitor Forum/Blog and assign members to monitor this section.
iv. Add new tools and information for marketing.
v. Control and program auto responders for guest and members.
IV. Members Front Page
a. Although members each share an identical page the links do change so if they want to recruit on their own they will need a specific URL
i. Such as www.xyz.com/fred
ii. Or www.xyz.com/tom
b. If they have not logged in as gust they will be required to here and be assigned under the referral.
i. So if Fred gives out his URL to a new member and they type that in directly to the browser they will be asked to fill out a guest sign up Name and email
1. This way each time they log in with that email they will be taken to Fred’s Page
c. Fred can also purchase his own domain name and have it forwarded to his specific URL giving him his own Identity.

The estore would need to have several categories of products. Thumbnail image layout. Once clicked a larger image with a description of the product. The product would need to have options such as colors and sizes.

The estore would be clean simple layout which the products can be viewed quickly and clearly.

Website Redevlopment & Upgrade

We have become the distributors of a security software range of products & need to upgrade our website to provide shopping cart capabilities, reseller management, licence key management & renewal managament along with credit card processing. In addition, we plan to add sales of SMS/Domain Names/Accomodation/Airfares.

We envisage a staged upgrade along the lines of:-
STAGE 1
i. Revamp of general webiste
ii. Addition of Shopping Cart with discount code capability
iii. Credit card processing will be done manually based on orders placed via the shopping cart
iv. Licence management & key issuance will be done manually based on orders placed via the shopping cart.
v. Invoicing will be done manually

STAGE 2
i. Addition of reseller site – initially for reseller pricing, order placement & product info only
ii. Credit card processing to be automated
iii. Addition of SMS / Domain Names / Accomodation/AirFares pages & integration into credit card processing.

STAGE 3
i. Automation of licence key issuance
ii. Sales & Licence renewal database
iii. Renewal reminders will be manual based on reports from this component

Stage 4
i. Automated renewal reminders
ii. Anyhing else that comes to light

REQUIRED NOW
We require someone to complete stage 1. The successful programmer will be the front to complete the remaining stages as they are required but the programmer will be required to quote separately via this site as we will list each stage as a new project when we are ready to proceed.
