We launched a new design on our ASP site. It looks OK in IE8, Chrome and FF, but has a lot of problems in IE7. The design looks screwed and some javascripts do not work properly.
We need an experienced developer, who knows how to optimize the design for IE7. We need to make it look OK in IE7 in reasonable time.

Another problem is speed of the homepage – it is slow, as it has many unoptimized scripts and images. The developer should find the bottleneck of the speed problem and fix it.

I have a site on wordpress that has 2 problems only in IE7.

Navigation: sliding underline & can’t click.
The menu system has an UNDERLINE that slides in on mouse over. This doesn’t work well and sometimes won’t let you click on some menu items.

Links: mousover background change.
Some links in the body have a style that changes the background color on mouse over. This changes the background color of my whole text block and puts it over (on top) of the text.

Ie6 and ie7 – browser compatibility issues to be resolved on 2 sites. start immediately and finish today. more info via PM

We are about to launch our deal website using the couponic script (uniprogy.com). There is still some bug with the display of the site on IE 7. you can check the following address and see the difference between it’s display on Chrome or Firefox and on IE7. You will see that a few links of the header are missing on IE7 and a few other things are not properly working. I guess this can be fixed via CSS modification.

Small issue in IE7 where the content of my container extends beyond the container.

In IE8, only a small issue with a block missing on home page and one other page

But IE7 – huge issue – it doesnt appear to be loading stylesheet at all – so the page looks hideous. I am a developer, I am guessing this is a relatively quick fix but I don’t know how and the client is using IE7 and it needs to be changed asap.

we have a joomla website which renders perfectly in firefox and IE8, while it has few issues in IE7 (looks messy), there are 3 elements which need to be fixed.

This should be FAST and EASY for a CSS specialist.

My site, DC1freedom.com (Joomla!) works fine in IE8, Safari, Firefox (mac & win), but in IE8 I am having slight layout issues. The things come to mind the most:

1. There is space at the top, right below the header. This can be seen by comparing firefox with IE7.

2. There is also a newsletter signup form near the top that is now rendering right. In fact, you can barely see it.

3. Also, their is something funny about the menu bar. graphically, it does not seem balanced. You can also see this by comparing with FF.

We have a site that is working great in all browsers but have discovered a display issue in ie7 only. We have an image slider that uses arrows to advance through sets of thumbnails. Works great in FF, Safari, IE8, etc, but in ie7 it seems to just show the whole group of thumbnails and the next/previous arrows don’t show. See the attached file for the access url and for a screenshot from IE7.

Need someone who can fix this right now.

For windows 7 and IE7, in an ajax web page I want to write-out the table entries to a local file that later I want to use with excel.
I started a simple web page and JS – an example that I took from:

First, it wont read the local file with:

THis is just introduction to a real project.

The problem is: on IE7 i can’t navigate with the Menu on the top o page. Some is wrong with the hover or position with the rollover image. Check in Firefox or in IE8 to see the right working of the site.

I need someone who can do the following fixes today and I need them doing right away as soon as project ends.

1) Checkout final page the price summary need more width so the text is not forced onto multiple lines.

2) A menu bar is too far over to the right. Mozilla is fine..only problem in ie7

3) Alignment issues with this table which is on magento product view page. IE7 is problem. IE8 and mozilla is ok. I’ve attached photo of the difference so you can see what to fix.

4) Alignment isue only with IE7. Need to move the heading text up a bit and sort the spacing. This needs to be done so it matches across 5 tabs on the same page. 2 Match already so 3 to line up.

5) Need to move the button up and take out some of the spacing.

Note I NEED SOMEONE TO START RIGHT AWAY AND FINISH ASAP TODAY.

Code is within magento files so you will need to locate the files in magento i am not technical and cannot help.
