I need the “Facebook” and “Twitter” CSS to work properly in IE6. The scripts will probably still fail because of jQuery, but I still need the boxes themselves to look nice static.
I prefer not to give ftp access, so I am hoping that the person knows CSS well enough to point out the specific problem by looking at the CSS I attached.

I was doing some browser testing before launch and see that Nivo Slider on the home page of my client’s WordPress site (at http://s3449.at1.pressdns.com) is working fine in all commonly used current browsers except IE6. In IE6, the nivo slider shows some kind of background AND it is too wide and forces the right column to start after the left column is finished.

The form is working perfectly in most browsers, but in stupid IE6 the page cannot be accessed at all. You just get a “Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close” message.
There are several scripts being executed in this particular form, so I’m not sure which of the scripts is causing the problem.
What I need is for someone to figure out which script is causing the error message and find a workaround (perhaps have that script execute in all browsers except IE6?).
Please provide a quote if you think you can fix. Thanks

Text is not flowing around images in ie6….. certain divs are not working. quick project …. will not have ftp access, must look at the CSS for ie6 and edit it that way.

I need someone to take a webpage that works as I want it to in the latest version of firefox…. and make it work just the same in ie 6-8.. and as many other browsers as possible (maybe even ie5.5?)
One small thing that needs to be fixed is that the bottom email submit button will not pop up the “email required” error message when no email is present. The top form works, the bottom does not.
Also, I would like you to clean up the html and css.. take away any css not used.. and consolidate divs if possible… etc just make things neater.

After updating my site www.marblesgalore.com to WordPress 2.9, Internet Explorer version 6,7,8 have width problems. The search button is WAY over on the right especially on my widescreen monitor. I don’t have time to fix it but I’m sure it’s a fairly simply fix.

There are 16 additional themes in my WordPress blog that are having differences in look between the FireFox browser and the IE6 browser.
Mostly, the differences lie in the top menu bar portion, and sometimes ,to a small extent, also on the blog post portion where some lines are longer than usual, for instance.
So, fix for the look inconsistency in the Firefox browser, using the look in IE6 as a benchmark to follow.
Programmer needs to know:
where in the admin area to edit the css codes
(note: recommended that programmer has IE6 installed on his PC so he can check corresponding looks between IE6 and Firefox browser easily)

2 Problems with www.magicwebs.com/performanceairvenice/index.php
IE 6 has the styles all screwed up !! The divisions are STACKED and grey backgounds are showing up behind transparent png’s .
So I need a style sheet specifically for IE6. The site needs to work tabless in FF, IE6,7,8 Safari, Google Chrome and Opera browsers. Everything works OK in Opera except the main menu mouseovers are not javascript. They are css and Opera is misaligning them.
Need this fixed today.
